I love this dentistry I've been coming for a while and had no issues the staff is wonderful and, Dimitra is a great teeth cleaner furthermore, the dentist his name is so hard to say and spell but, he is wonderful come here when it comes to your teeth!

this is the worst dental office i've ever had the misfortune to go to. they only think of milking the patient out of there money and filing on insurance claims . I asked specificall several times to me notified of the full price for the service i needed done i was given the runaround and lame excuses why they couldn't. after checking with my insurance provider they told me i had to pay $23.00 . I asked if that was the total fee ? yes i was told . not once was i told that the $23.00 was only for the xray , but after going back and having a dr. carver examine and tell yes my tooth needed to be extracted and then saying they needed to check insurance coverage and how much i wld have to pay out of pocket. I asked for the TOTAL FEE not once but several times . I've been to several dental offices in my lifetime and NONE of the them were as LOUSY AND INCAPABLE OF QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GIVING TRUTHFUL FULL DISCLOSURE AS DOC of EAST CHARLOTTE. . THE EXPERIENCE WAS SO AWFUL I FILED A COMPLAINT .

Dr. Honeycutt is AWESOME I am so happy not only with my teeth repair but with her demeanor conversation she made me feel so comfortable like I cannot express my SINCERE GRATITUDE enough ❤ I absolutely DRED the dentist but because of her I will be back and won't be so nervous next time
