I love this place, the staff and doctors are all amazing. My first experience was an emergency visit 1 year ago. I was in such much pain and the Dr. made me feel as if I was in good care from day one. To now a year later that has been proven to remain true and my dental health is in top notch shape! I've enjoyed each appointment, which is rare in this industry.

Friendly Dental is the best, most efficient, customer-oriented dentist I have EVER been to! My hygenist and dentist are always concerned about my needs and really take the time to listen to me and answer my questions. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly! The front desk are courteous and have made the insurance process as easy as ever. They truly live up to their name! I would recommend them to anyone as the best dentist in Charlotte.
This summer, Dr. H performed a brand new white spot removal procedure on my teeth. I get so many compliments! Could not be happier with Dr. H and his awesome team.

I wish I would give this office 0 stars. My first appointment I was Supposed to get a cleaning and they told me that they could not do it because they had no time to do so. All they did were X-rays that day. Went back two times to get a filling done, and within two weeks, one of my filings came out. I was on hold with Brittany for about 20 minutes to try and get an emergency appointment.
The dentist who does the work seems knowledgeable, but I’m not sure about the quality of his work. If I could, I wish I had went elsewhere for my dental work.

I came to friendly dental because I am new in town. I had one of my teeth brake in half and I was very upset. The staff and the Dentist made me feel so much better and came up with a plan for me. They explained everything and broke down for me the pricing. I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist office. They are super nice and understanding. I have found a dentist for my entire family! LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!

I just came back from my cleaning with Cat and everything was great. No wait time, all staff members were very courtesous and friendly. The facility is immaculately clean.. I have read a few negative reviews and I have never had a negative experience so I hope anyone reading them will disregard them.
My experience today is the same as it was in previous appointments. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

Was kept waiting for over an hour and then felt very rushed as i was on a time limit myself by then. Hygienist seemed very good at her job but it felt like lot of pressure and hurt at times. Now lost part of a filling within 12 hours of being there-co-incidence?

My family and I have been going here for years, for our regular cleanings and care, but recently I had to have a more complicated procedure performed and Dr. David Heidenreich handled creating a temporary tooth for me and attaching it to my implant. It’s an exact match to all my other teeth and he had precision attention to detail. Dr. David Heidenreich‘s bedside manner is always outstanding! I highly recommend him as well as friendly dental!
