I have been going here for years. They are always friendly and caring and go out of their to make you comfortable. I have to go back in about a month for some major work and though I don't like dentists, I like going to this place.

I am going here for the last 2 years and have had a pleasant experience. The front office staff are courteous and friendly. The hygenists are very good and they take good patient care. I regularly take appointment with Ms Kathy, i should say, the best hygenist.

I love this office. The dentist that I see is Dr. Heidenreich . This is the first time I have had a dentist that puts me completely at ease ... He talks me through all procedures and does not hurt!!!

Do not use this dentist. I’ve had 3 permanent crowns come out and this practice isn’t interested in correcting their bad work. The front desk manager is unprofessional and rude. Do not let this practice work on your teeth. Very very bad experience

Worst experience ever. Upon signing in, they asked me to sign an agreement to be charged $50 for 1 missed appt if unable to give a 24 hour notice. I understand the inconvenience of no shows and cancellations, but found this to be absolutely ridiculous. I don't plan on missing appt.'s, but life happens, and emergencies occur. I was immediately turned off. I work in healthcare. I would never/have never heard of, being charged and for the first offense. The waiting room floor was filthy. When I got back to the room I waited half an hour to see the dentist. he was not well versed. After seeing the dentist, I waited and waited some more. Finally, the tech came back in and said the hygienist was busy and IF I WOULD LIKE TO WAIT FOR MY CLEANING, it would be 20 or so more minutes, or I could reschedule. WHAT?!? I made my appt for a cleaning. Why would I wait or not wait? Then she asked me to go back out to the waiting room to wait. Now I'm being moved back out?! An hour and a half after my appt time they finally call me back in. The hygienist was obviously very rushed. SHE ONLY SPENT 5 MIN CLEANING MY TEETH. 5 min? I could have just cleaned and flossed my teeth at home. She was super rough, chopping at my gums. Not even using the mirror to see that she was digging on my gums. It was such a rushed, hack job. I had blood all over my teeth after I left. I have never been so furious over a service I have received. I will never go back and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I actually scheduled a dental cleaning visit. They did all kinds of xrays and tests to just waste my time and finally told that it needs special cleaning. I am doing dental cleaning regularly for past 4 years. How can there be so much build up so i have to go for special cleaning?
I feel the test is painfull. He poked all my gums and i had headache all morning.

Problem with the crowns dentist at FD put on over a year ago. Another dental specialist recommended the crowns be taken off because of problems he saw. FD dentist refuses to remove the crowns he put on. My teeth and gums remain swollen and sometimes painful.
