I would be interested in understanding the practice manager's root-cause of "Arrogance". How convenient that there is no proper email ID to reach and share our concerns. The dentist is good but these non-dental professionals are given too much attention. Dentists need to pay attention to their arrogance and behavior with the customers, unless they don't want more customers.

Not sure how I feel about this dental experience. Dr. Heidenreich spent more time telling me what crowns were not perfect than examining my mouth. He was nice about it but when I left I felt like the practice was just looking for a way for me to spend a ..lot of money. The cleaning was pretty good but I think rushed because there were a lot of people waiting.

I've always had an excellent experience here. The staff is very pleasant, and I always have the same dentist. They also have never left me waiting in the waiting room, which I hate. Always taken within 5 minutes of my appointment time.

A couple of years ago I left my previous Dentist...they were always putting pressure on me to get dental procedures done... Im low income and have to save money to pay for my procedures....every time I come here they give me information on what needs to be taken care of...they never pressure me and makes me want to come back here. The staff is very friendly and Kat does a great job on my teeth cleaning

Friendly Dental of Ballantyne provides excellent dental care with personal compassion and connection. My favorite part of my first visit was reviewing my personal care plan complete with details of my future visits along with estimated costs after insurance. I feel comfortable to return both emotionally and financially. I highly recommend this dental office.

Service was friendly and timely. I liked having the fees printed out and future fees/payment options explained to me. I was counting on having a cleaning done--in other offices, it seems to be routine for a first appointment. I had to make a second appointmnet for the cleaning but was able to get the appointment for a Saturday. Most offices are not open on Fridays and Saturdays so it is wonderful to find one that can accommodate their working patients.

The dentist is very professional, explains what he is doing, and did a good job. I could say the same about all the staff as well. Twice I have had appointments at lunch during work, never having to wait long. I will continue to go back!

I went to Friendly Dental of Ballantyne based on the Google reviews and was not disappointed. I knew going in I was probably going to have a root canal so I was extremely nervous. The dental staff and Dr. Heidenreich quickly put me at ease and explained what the next steps would be as well as a plan for regular dental care. I can honestly say this is probably the first dentist I left not fearing my next visit. The office is very new and clean, not to mention the prompt service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The name really says it all! The office is nice, cleanly, and as relaxing as a dental office can be, haha. They even have a TVs in each of the exam rooms, which is really nice when you're having someone prod and poke around in your mouth. I love the staff too! From the receptionist, to the dental assistant, to the actual dentist! They are all genuinely friendly and actually care about your input. They actually go over options and procedures to make sure you know what needs to be done and how much it's going to cost. No surprises when you go to pay.
The first time I went was for a painful, cavity filled, chipped tooth. I knew I couldn't afford the root canal that was needed, so I opted to have it extracted. Dr. David Heidenreich never made me feel "inferior" or bad about my decision. Of course he told me it would be better medically to do the root canal, but understood my decision and didn't try to guilt me into an expensive procedure. After about a week I was still in a lot of pain. All I had to do was call and they put in another prescription for antibiotics and pain meds without me having to wait several more days for an actual appointment. I'm very glad I found Friendly Dental of Ballantyne since I'm needing extensive work done. They are even part of the Aetna Dental Plan (which is going to save me almost 40%). I honestly didn't think I was going to find such a great dental office covered by it. Thank you Friendly Dental of Ballantyne for being so awesome. That's something I never thought I'd say about a dentist haha!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always accommodating even when I don’t have an appointment, they always, somehow fit me in. Never had a bad experience in my 3+ years of going here!
