Their work matches their name. Dr. and the staff are great. Perhaps the first time where I wasn't oversold dental procedures. Being new to Charlotte and with some past experiences in California where I could clearly tell that I was being ripped off, the experience at this place was almost difficult to believe. Service is very efficient. I was explained the cost very clearly and best of all, wasn't overcharged or sold additional unnecessary procedures.

Feedback is a dynamic description of one's experience. For instance, I was waiting for 50 minutes couple of days ago, while I was counting number of patients walking out of the dental office. That gave me an idea about the "busy" factor.
On the other hand, sometimes all happens normal and I had a good experience.
It is expected that the Doctors to provide an educational talk on oral health, treatment given and care to be taken at the end of a procedure.
How appointments are scheduled is an interesting process to map and find out the reasons for patients waiting. Difficult to comment either way.
Someone apologizing 10 times for you waiting does not change the end result.
Dr. Heidenreich is a very good dentist.
Patient asking logical questions should not be taken as "challenge". Facts should rule over the perception.

Always have had a great experience with both the dental hygienists and Dr. Heidenreich. The doctor is kind, caring, explains procedures fully, and listens to your concerns. He does not push things that are not necessary.

Great place to go for dental care. They were gentle and explanatory, but they didn't spend any time berating me or treating me like a child. I know I have some cavities, and they spent the time telling me why and what steps to take to make sure I don't and how to fix me up, but they didn't make me feel ashamed.
I also received a list of each service I would need to pay for so I could easily see how much it would cost me after insurance. This was a huge plus for me.

I had my first ever cavity filled yesterday. I was understandably a little nervous about the procedure. Everyone at the office was extremely kind and explained everything as they were doing it. It wasn't as bad as I feared, but sometimes fear of the unknown is worse than anything. Thanks to everyone there, they helped alleviate that! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

I got my root canal done. My experience was awesome. I have heard many horror stories about root canal and the pain after the local anesthetic wears off, but between Dr. Gregg and his assistant Tamara it was a pleasant experience. No pain, no pulling or nudging so it may hurt. Their office assistant Samantha was also very accommodating. I would certainly recommend this practice to every one.

First time to this office and they were VERY professional! They took their time with my son explaining brushing habits and flossing! The Dr took time with me to go over the treatment plan also. The office staff was so polite and helpful! The Saturday appoints are extremely helpful to working parents!
