Terrible. Went in for normal exam and they were very rough. That night a filling came lose. Can’t help but think they caused that. Went again because the filling came loose. They immediately told me I needed to get the tooth extracted. No explanation or anything. They also said they recommended I go ahead and take my wisdom teeth out while they are doing the extraction. Got a second opinion and they laughed when I told them an extraction was recommended. only in it for the money. Thankfully I didn’t let them extract. I’m now keeping my tooth and saving money. -5 stars for this place.

They really are friendly and professional at the same time. This was my first visit to a dentist in several years. I was very impressed with the fact that my mouth was not at all sore after my cleaning, flossing and polishing was complete. The hygenist that worked with me was very personable and helpful...she offered lots of tips to help me improve my oral health. The doctor really took her time and explained what procedures I needed to have done and why.
I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to return for my dental care in the future.

The are so Friendly. I really am so glad that I choose this dental office. All of the staff members are professional,nice and they make sure that you are comfortable. Another thing that I enjoyed about my visit this morning was the knowledge that they give you.
There is no long waits as well. I choose the right office for my dental care.

First time patient. Had an exceptional experience. Jordan was great at scheduling and rescheduling me. Mae has a calming vibe and made initial consultation pleasant. Dr. Tran is down to earth and knows her stuff. Elizabeth made my cleaning feel like taking a nap. After cleaning, Jordan went over my treatment and promptly scheduled my next appointment. Transparent and caring. Impressed and pleased!

Great dental practice. I cringe at the thought of having dental work, but the staff here are friendly, comforting and professional. I highly recommend them. They’ve taken great care of me and are very serious about keeping the office safe during the covid pandemic.

The worst experience I have ever had at the dentist. I'm new to the Carolinas and decided to give this place a try. I've never been scared while getting work done on my teeth, this dentist had me in tears. She is not gentle at all. She told me the only way she would work on me again is if I took the prescription of Valium she prescribed me for my next appointment. This is all after she gave me 7 shots for 2 fillings. With 7 shots I could still feel her drilling on my tooth. The office staff is so unorganized and unprofessional. I received numerous phone calls from the office calling to remind me of appointments that weren't even mine. They also scheduled me twice for the wrong dental work. I would not recommend this office.

Person at the front desk was not friendly not helpful at all. I felt as though she was scared to Interact with me. I was told that I cancelled my appointment in which I did not after 30 minutes of sitting in the lobby trying to verify my insurance. After I spoke with my insurance and verified my insurance, I was told that one of the staff members needed to speak with insurance company and the verification can take up to 20 minutes. Poor communication! I would never recommend this place based on the front staff alone

Every one in the staff were extremely polite & helpful, from the front desk to the dental assistants & the dentist! They made sure that I was informed about my particular issues & even helped me work out an affordable treatment plan ! I would recommend them to anyone.. & I did !!

Dr. Hull is amazing with my children. I drive 30 mins. I am picking D.Hull to do my kids braces super friendly. Very down to earth & caring warm heart. The staff is super friendly. Dawna is awesome very friendly. We look forward to starting my kids braces:)

Staff are awesome and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location. Dr Tran is amazing and takes her time with each tooth! Gotta love her!
