Friendly Dental

If I could give this location 0 stars I would primarily due to the lack of experience from Dr. Tran! I previously was always seen at the Southpark location which happens to be excellent. I came here to have a cleaning which was completed and the next day I was scheduled to have all four wisdom teeth extracted. Dr.Tran examined my mouth and told me she could perform the surgery and when I return the next day she told me I would have to see a surgeon for the bottom two. I told her that would be fine but I prefer for the surgeon to do all 4 instead of 2. She proceeds to examine my mouth again and tell me she can perform the surgery, I looked at her and asked was she positive because she previously stated I needed to go to the surgeon and she stated “yes she was positive”. Absolutely the WORST decision I could have ever made!!!! She pulled and tugged on my mouth like I was a rag doll and had no remorse! She stretched my mouth so wide I had sores from the cracking for a week and the pain was unbearable! She knew she was wrong because they called to check on me when I left the office. I will never let her come close to my mouth again! For her to be this inexperienced and rude is ridiculous! I will be reporting her to the NC Dental Society because she has ruined the franchise reputation! No one should ever feel that much pain especially under anesthesia!!! She will be reported for this type of practice under such an important licensure. As a medical professional I know how patients suppose to be treated and what she did was 100% unethical!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! She is AWFUL! After my 8 year old son was seen at the south park location he was referred to this location for fillings. We made the appointment two weeks ago and when we arrived they had none of his I nformation and had no clue why we were there. The dentist was incredibly rude and afternoon an hour and 15 minutes decided she would refer us to get another office because my son started crying. She has no compassion what so ever and clearly hates her job!! In fact, the only decent person in the entire establishment was our dental assistant Luis.

Best office I’ve ever been to! Dr. Tran is amazing with extractions, Camila and Ruben are awesome dental assistants and the office manager and front desk are super kind and helpful! Def recommend this office!!!!

Don’t let the word “Friendly” fool you. They out for the money y’all. They out here trying to secure the BAG!! Went here for a check up and exam for the first time and they told me I had 8 cavities. I knew that was a lie cause I recently had all my cavities filled when I lived in DC 6 months earlier. Went to get a second opinion and I only had 1.

i never even got in to see a dentist here. i needed work on my plate because a tooth had broken off and I was told to go back to my original doctor in Upstate NY! Very unfriendly, indeed! I also needed a lot of other work done, as does my husband, but they weren"t interested. an elite facility.

Always quick. I've had better fillings here than at previous dentists that I have seen. As in, no tooth pain so far. The front desk staff is also very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend.

I would give 10 stars if i could. Dr. Tran and the staff were wonderful. They made me feel relaxed due to my fear of the dentist. They gave me a renewed smile! Now theirs a steak waiting for me with my name on it. -Rose

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!! They have no compassion. I should have changed dentist a long time ago! The first time I went in i was pregnant they told me i needed an extensive amount of work done to wait until I had the baby and come back, well I needed a deep cleaning done they told me they needed to send a request to my insurance to get it approved. A few months later when I went back in to get my deep cleaning they never sent the request but told me they would send it. A few weeks later I called they still had not sent it I spent 15 minutes speaking with them while they tried to figure out why it had not been sent they told me to call back in a few weeks. After it finally got accepted I went in and advised Dr. Tran of my fear of the dentist she recommended that she write me a prescription for valium so I had reschedule my cleaning to get it filled. When it was finally time to get it done they gave me about 12 shots of novacaone I was numb for 8 hours and while they was administering it was so much novacaone that I could literally taste it causing me to throw up. when I went back to get the other half of my mouth cleaned I asked if I could not have as much novacane as last time they made a big deal that they had to use that much they couldn't use less after talking to the office manger they finally agreed to use less and I did not feel a thing. I still had more work that needed done so I told them my other doctor didn't want me taking the valium instead my dr wanted me to take alprazolam because it could cause a reaction with the other medicine I take daily they told me to have my doctor fax them which she did then when I called to schedule a time to pick up the prescription they told me they would no longer see me anymore for absolutely no reason what so ever I was in such shock they would tell me that I started crying. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!

had a great experience, front desk was very helpful especially with all the questions i had, definitely would recommend friendly dental to my friends
