My appointment was very rushed, and was not pleasant at all. I wasn’t even given proper time for my numbing gel to properly work before being given what seemed like a thousand injections of a local anesthetic for a wisdom tooth extraction!

I definitely appreciate all the attention the nurses jessica and star they were so extremly nice they teally made me feel comfortable. The Doctor is awesome no pain at all the lady at the front desk she's the best I recommend you to give them a try first you will thank me later

My kids, my Husband and I have been patients at DOC for over two years. We like how professional, friendly and caring they are, starting with the sweet ladies at the front desk, and all the wonderful staff. We love Crissy, one of the wonderful hygienist there. If you don't have a dentist or looking to make a chance, go to DOC you won't regret it, we highly recommend them.

Dr. Marti's office in Charlotte is terrific!! **NOTE - they are moving to South Park in September 2015** Staff is great! Calling to make an appointment is met with cheerful receptionist. Waiting area and restrooms clean. Dental hygienists are very chipper and friendly. Equipment is up to date and state of the art. I came to the Charlotte location and Dr. Marti based on poor reviews of the Gastonia office and I'm glad I did. Dr. Marti explains things well, takes time to answer questions and doesn't make you feel bad for avoiding the dentist for 3 years. EXCELLENT!!!

To start with, I've always HATED going to a dentist!!!! And that's why my teeth were in the terrible shape they were in when I first started going to the Dentistry of the Carolinas in Gastonia......never in my 56 years have I ever been to a nicer place than this...... Not only do I not dread going, but I actually look forward to my visits because of how wonderful everyone is there. From the front office ladies to the back where the rest of the nice people are.......you just don't get any nicer than these people......they are friendly, down to earth, kind, and never once have I ever had anything to be unhappy about. Even from the start when I had to have so many top teeth pulled to have dentures put in, the dentist that did the work was awesome, as well as the nice ladies that helped me that day. And of course as I finished that 'traumatic ' day, the ladies that were waiting at the desk to check out were so sympathetic and nice to me it helped me more than they'll ever know to try and deal with all I had just been through. It was as if they were part of my family and they really cared about me and how I was feeling!!! How great is that? Never in my life could I EVER say that before about any dentist office before. I even arrive a little early just to get to talk to the nice women that check me in cause I feel they're my friends and I enjoy seeing them each and every visit!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this office in Gastonia to everyone!!! If only all the other doctors and people I have to go see regularly were as great as these people are......life would be so much better ......👍😊 again, if you're like me and are in need of a dentist please go here cause you will not be sorry!!!! And this is coming from a lady that hated going to a dentist all my life too!!! I'll continue to go here I suppose until I pass away cause they can't run me off cause I like the place too much to think of ever leaving it!!! Thanks everyone, from the ladies at the desk to the ones in the back, I love you all and thank you for making me feel so good on every visit......you're all very special in my book!!!!😊💕
