I'm the patient who is terrified of pain and I informed the staff of this upon arrival. They answered every question I asked and went through the procedure with me before they touched me. They made sure I was given plenty of numbing medication before we began and they checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was still comfortable. This is my first time getting my tooth pulled at the age of 35. I was petrified...I was worried that they would be rough and Care less like most dentist are. "Just doing their job" ya know. So I felt like a kid again and embarrassed to say anything about it. Then I was introduced to JESSICA, LOLITTA, and DR.PHILLIPS. 😍😆😚 which they made sure to ask all questions finally revealing my fear of needles. And when I say they treated me with the most loving care and understanding that I have ever experienced at a doctors office.I was simply amazed! That is why i had to let everyone know... Before you try any where else go here first... They don't get a bonus for caring, but definitely perform like they do. My new family now, regardless of my mouth.
