I am writing to recognize and praise several employees who partook in my dental treatment at the Gastonia location. They are hygienist, Dina, dental assistant, Jessica, front desk associate, Angie, and Dr. Andrew Hauschka, DDS.
These individuals have been the highlight of my care at the clinic and I am so thankful for their service to the public. They all exuded professionalism and have outstanding patient interaction--seeming to go above and beyond to make me feel both valued and comfortable.
While almost all of the employees at this location have been courteous and professional, the few I have mentioned above really stood out to me. I would recommend anyone to receive services at this dental clinic.

My appointment was scheduled more than a month in advance for a cleaning. I was on time for my 9:10 appointment. After 30 plus minutes of waiting I asked....what’s going on? Why book appointments if you don’t have enough staff on hand to accommodate them? I had to cancel my appointment and leave. A client sure never wait 30 plus minutes for a appointment.
