The staff were exceptional, except for one Dentist & the lady handling the payments & finance, at the front desk.
After almost three yrs., I'm STILL suffering from D.O.C's desire to make money, instead of properly caring for me. I needed major extractions & full plates. Which I asked for over & over.
Instead, they refused & left five uppers & half the lowers, that have/are falling out in succession ! I've had nothing but severe pain, discomfort & few spanes of being able to eat comfortably. At the moment, the third upper tooth is loose & causing incredible pain. After three yrs., I shouldn't be stuck eating mashed potatoes & soup !
They were originally supposed to do a deep cleaning before any other work. But, didn't. After I was given partials, they then, wanted to do the cleanings. At full cost, including only the five uppers @ the cost of a full set of teeth ! Zero discounts.

WELL AT FIRST YOU WHERE DOING A WONDERFUL JOB! BUT I HAVE BEEN IN SO MUCH PAIN AND I HAVE CALLED TWO TIMES TO GET SOME HELP WITH THIS PAIN AND NO ONE WILL HELP ME. THE TWO LADIES THAT I TALKED TO TOLD ME THEY WOULD TELL THE DOCTOR TO CALL ME ( BUT HE NEVER DID) SO NO I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY (KNOW)?
