This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dentist office Dr Shamah was absolutely amazing had 2 teeth pulled in 5 minutes time no pain very gentle and understanding and the staff is super sweet and friendly HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dentist office!

Dentistry of the Carolinas is beyond AMAZING, not only one of the few places that take Medicaid, but they were able to see my 74 yr old dad within 2 days. Entering the office I was greeted with a friendly and happy atmosphere. The front staff, the dental assistant to the dentist were just beyond AMAZING. My dad was even able to get a dental cleaning the same day. At check out, the lady was just so happy and smiling, you could see she was happy to serve you. After the visit I called for some suggestions to my dad dental treatment. The lady who answered the phone was just understanding and you could feel she was paying attention to what I was saying. My dad is in a wheel chair, my daughter and I needed to be in the room and that was ok for them. Even offered me a chair to sit in the room. I am serious when I say, you could feel peace and not tension in this office. From all the medical offices to dental offices I have visited, this was by far the best complete experience I have ever had in a place.

Have been going to this dentist office since I was little and love it. Some of the best tech, Dr.s and receptionists. I can’t describe the welcoming feeling when coming in and everyone knows your name and is so kind. Not to mention the great work they do and the want to have you leave happy with the results.

Just relocated back to the area and was looking for a dentist provider. Found Dentistry of the Carolinas on google and picked the Gastonia location. I inquired about the appointment on Sunday night, by Monday morning I was receiving a call to schedule the appointment, and I was set for my first visit Tuesday. It was very quick and easy to book. I did not think I would be able to get in so quickly, but I was pleased that they were able to accommodate me so soon. When I got to the office everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend choosing this site as your dentist provider.
