Dr. Mandala and team are always a pleasure! They do a great job of making sure their patients are comfortable and well taken care of. I always feel welcomed and that my teeth are in great hands at Stansell!

The office and staff are always great. Allie is the perfect hygienist- she did a fabulous job cleaning coffee and wine stains off my teeth. Dr. Mandala gave me a treatment plan that made sense which I will do.

Great experience at Dr. Stansell's office. From first walking in, the front desk staff were very nice and got me checked in right away. The office is very clean and they are taking extensive precautions due to COVID-19. I saw Lauren for my cleaning and Dr. Lu for my exam. Both were very professional and friendly. They took great x-rays - not uncomfortable at all, and it was easy for me to see the things Dr. Lu was pointing out when we discussed her findings. Dr. Lu was very thorough and made sure she checked everything regarding my oral health, not just my teeth. Can't wait for my next appointment!

My experience as a patient receiving my annual cleaning is outstanding. Certainly no complaints there. The staff was also very accommodating one appointment where i was running late. The office is super clean and calming. The staff are friendly and cheerful and the dentists I have seen were very professional and sweet. I have sent two new patients their way. However......I have now attempted to get in on the zoom whitening special twice. They will not allow you to pay upfront to get the the special cost but yet have no availability. Two weeks ago I took the appointment anyway feeling certain I could get out of a meeting. Well here is where I as a customer deserve only 1 star because I had to cancel the day of. I have so many open days and am willing to wait until the next month if i could go ahead and pay for the special. When I expressed my concern there was no attempt to escalate my issue on the phone. It was just the "sorry but that's how it is, were booked" response. I think it's wonderful I am patient at a practice that so many people want appointments but the incentives of "specials" disappear when you can't get an appointment what so ever. It should also be of note that I waited for this special because when I was in for my cleaning and expressed that I couldn't get in on the February deal the staff there told me the June special was coming. I would encourage this practice to allow purchase of rain checks or perhaps expanding their specials. As it stands today I will be going elsewhere with my business.

This was the best dentist visit I’ve had in a long time. My hygienist was so gentle and the dentist was so knowledgeable and kind. So glad I found them!

Had another amazing experience at the dentist today. I can't say enough good things about this practice. I went to the new location off Falls of Neuse today and honestly was a bit apprehensive because it was new to me, but as soon as I got there I realized my apprehension was ridiculous as I was greeted warmly as usual. I must say in my experience it's very difficult to find people who are both excellent in their medical profession and excellent at customer service - but every person I've dealt with at Stansell Dentistry is wonderful with teeth and also clearly loves their patients :) Also watching Netflix is a nice touch! I almost wish I could get my teeth cleaned more often!

I‘GE been going to this office for 3 years for my regular 6 month cleaning. I was anxious about it this time so postponed it 2 months. I’m happy to say I felt very comfortable in the office & with Aly, the hygienist. She wore a mask & shield. Dr. Stansell checked my teeth & gave me suggestions for a sensitive tooth. All was good. Not crowded either & on time!

I am grateful and glad to be in the hands of Dr. Mandala, Allison and the wonderful staff at Stansell Dentistry. Am usually apprehensive about needles & surgical procedures and Dr. Mandala, Allison have always been very understanding about my concerns. Dr. Mandala ensures that the patient feel the least to no pain and discomfort from the procedures. He and Allison have always put me at ease, never haste and educate me on the process of the treatment.

My favorite dentist thus far. Dr. Kat is great. They explain everything so you understand. They make sure you are comfortable. Allison (dental hygienist) is awesome! I don’t dread going to the dentist anymore.

I went here to get my Invisalign treatment. They are very personable, but lack knowledge in this area. They had to redo part of my treatment twice, and I was very unhappy with the results. Looking at other people who have completed treatment and comparing my treatment to theirs, I would definitely recommend going to a dentist with more experience or an orthodontist. My teeth still are not straight completely, even after modifications, and my teeth don't align well (my bite is off). You're probably seeing positive reviews too because they're offering a discount for positive reviews.
