I have been to Stansell Dentistry multiple times now and each visit has been fantastic. The staff are all very friendly, and Blair specifically provided a great experience. Would recommend Stansell to anyone.

I've been going to the Brier Creek Stansell dentistry location since 2012 & the staff is ALWAYS friendly, courteous & kind. The office is beautiful, with a saltwater aquarium, leather waiting chairs, & hardwood floors. Overall a very good experience! Procedures I have had include routine checkups & cleanings, as well as Invisalign. Dr. Garfinkle is great, never in a rush to get to the next patient, & thorough. Rebecca, my dental hygienist, is a joy! For those who don't like going to the dentist, give Stansell a shot! They might change your mind.

I am giving 2 stars only because the hygienist was very sweet. I took my family to the knightdale location for the 2nd time. Unfortunately, I don’t recall the dentist’s name and he is not on the meet the doctor page. First issue-there were no gloves that fit him, so he didn’t actually touch anything in my mouth or my children’s mouths. He just took a quick peek with the eye only. He never used the metal scraper/poker tool. Although unpleasant, I’ve never had a dentist not grab my tongue with gauze to look around until now either. He then tells me that I have 2 cavities. He said he could fill them that day but I decided to wait. Something just felt wrong. Being a self pay dental patient, I get estimates and price out services prior to making decisions. I called around and went to a different highly recommended dentist. As expected, they do an exam prior to the procedure. Their findings? I don’t have any cavities. Not one. I have deep grooves and some staining in my molars. Recommended course of treatment? Brush these grooves exceptionally well. Stansell dentistry tried to perform nearly 500$ in unnecessary fillings. I paid for my 2nd exam in a week but at least it saved me from a much higher expense and dental procedure. Thankful to have found a new dentist I can trust will be honest and not try to steal from me. Do not trust this practice.

Been a patient for a few years and have consistently been pleased. The only thing I don’t care for is that I get a different hygienist each time. While they’re all nice and professional, I sometimes prefer getting the same person once I find a really nice person.

The staff at the Brier Creek office of Stansell Dentistry were excellent across the board: professional, communicative, engaging, and affable. They provided an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. During my visit, I interacted meaningfully with two front desk staff, two dental technicians, one insurance claims manager, and one dentist -- six staff members in total, because I had a routine check-up and cleaning, followed by a couple minor same day procedures. All six staff members demonstrated high levels of communication, engagement, and carefulness towards my dental needs as well as my overall comfort level. Best of all, I departed with teeth that look and feel noticeably better and brighter/whiter than before my appointment. I would highly recommend this practice to others due to the outstanding customer service provided by its staff, and the great looking and feeling results with my teeth.

Dr. Stansell and her staff are wonderful! I have very high dental anxiety, and they go out of their way to make me feel at ease during every visit. Their staff is friendly and very communicative about the process. All of the dentists are very patient and let you know about their progress during a procedure. They also offer Netflix and Pandora during your visit. After visit care instructions are clear and short. They even offer advice on adjusting daily habits that are not cost prohibitive. I 100% recommend them. They clearly put the patient first.

I've been to this office twice. Both times have been very pleasant. Courtney is a sweetheart, I explained to her my fears due to previous dental experiences, she took time to explain what would take place and what I should expect throughout the procedures. They make an effort to get you in sooner if there are cancellations. And so far there have been no issues with billing! Staff from front to back are awesome!

Stansell Dentistry provides great care in a relaxing space. Their new office is gorgeous with views of the tree tops while getting your teeth their cleanest!
