Stansell Dentistry Associates

I have been a patient of Dr. Stansell since 2013 and still make the 40 minute drive to the practice. This is by far the best dental practice in the area. They are very clean, friendly and knowledgeable. If you do not have insurance they offer a self pay rate as well as a discount off treatments. I had to get a filling updated today and Dr. S and Zeltzin did a wonderful job!

Zeltzin created a calm and relaxing environment when I was nervous about my procedure. They provided a hot towel, stress ball, and water so I could relax during my procedure. They truly make sure you’re comfortable while they resolve your dental needs

I do enjoy going here for the most part and it’s close to my apartment. I do miss when they were at the old building and felt less like a corporate dental office. Ever since moving to this new location, I always see a different dentist every time and the last two times I’ve had hygienists who are temporary and only joined that morning so are not very familiar with the office or exactly how things work.

The hygienists are friendly and do a good job, but I used to see the same one or two people. It doesn’t bring much confidence when the person struggles with the xray machine because they were barely trained at the office except attending a morning meeting maybe a brief tour.

I saw another reviewer named Lauren who mentioned there is a lot going on here and seems to maximize patients per hour. I second this and again, this is moreso reflected after their move a couple years ago. If you are an anxious person about dentist and get overwhelmed by a lot of people around, I would seek a smaller dental office.

Overall, I have decent experiences here but it’s hard to obtain any camaraderie or sense of connection when you see a new dentist every time and a hygienist who is only there for a week. I continue to go here due to location, overall level of service, and familiarity.

Very happy with my experience. Farrah was an awesome hygienist and made me feel comfortable during my visit. The office manager, Lauren, is amazing and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

this was my first time here. i have pretty severe dental anxiety, and both my hygienist and dentist were understanding and patient with me. they only did what was necessary and made sure i wasn’t embarrassed. i think i’ll always be scared to go, but it was very comforting. also uninsured right now, and my first visit + cleaning were cheap!

Stansell Dentistry does not regard their customer's time the way the view their own. After booking an appointment with Dr. Yonsefi I arrived on time to only to find out he was "running late" 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. This should have been communicated after their morning staff meeting and before taking my payment for services. Due to my schedule, I left. I was offered a $9 compensation for my wasted time.

After leaving this review I rescheduled another appointment and was engaged via phone call by office manager Lauren. She inquired on why I rebooked an appointment if I wasn't satisfied with the service. This personifies the opportunity the office management has on the customer experience and retaining clients.

Lauren was great and very helpful. Completely Mede me understand my treatment. Cynthia was fabulous and Marlene took a lot of time getting me a very earlier appointment that my need.. Dr Stansell she was kind and personable.

Went to my first dental appointment on Thursday, Megan did a great job for my cleaning & i had to come back for a couple of fillings & Zeltzin put some netflix on for me & Dr. Lecann came in to do my fillings and she was really funny. I had a fun time at the dentist.

I received multiple texts reminding me of my appointment scheduled for 3/21 at 9:30 AM. I went to the office and checked-in from my car. When I went into the office, I was told that they did not have an appointment scheduled for me. I told them that I received multiple texts, but they said there was nothing they could do. I had to take a good amount of time off of work to come to the office, be told I didn't have an appointment even though they sent me multiple texts about it, and turn around and drive back to work. Even when I have had appointments, there have been multiple times where the hygienist has walked away for 20+ minutes with no explanation. I don't feel like they value my time whatsoever, and I don't plan on returning.

Front office staff, dental hygienist and Dr. Stansell are all very kind and caring. They do a great job listening to any concerns you may have and put you at ease.
