Dr. Meek and her dental assistants will always have excellent reviews from me. My complaint is that I had an appointment on the schedule that I made at my previous appointment last month. They cancelled my appointment the day before because they could not reach me. I checked my voicemail once I got home and sure enough there was a message that stated "Please contact us to ensure your appointment does not get removed from the schedule." I have never heard of something so absurd. If I made the appointment in today's medical climate, I damn sure plan on making it to my appointment.

good care and staff but waiting took way too long. i arrived early only to wait 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to start. had to wait a very very long time for once being taken in for my cleaning to actually begin.

Avoid this dental practice at all costs. I am a military member, and I have United Concordia. United Concordia lists Dr. Meek as an in network dentist, and all preventative services should be covered under United Concordia for myself and my family. My family and I have all received dental care from this practice, and each time the practice files the claim incorrectly, leading to us receiving bills incorrectly, because Dr. Meek is in network, but "the practice" isn't. This leads to me having to do the work of straightening it out between United Concordia and University Dental every time we go to the dentist.
Deception, poor customer service, misleading "participation" in insurance plans. We will not return to this practice, and I recommend avoiding this business.

I had a great experience as a new patient with Dr. Szott. I had not been to the dentist in quite some time and they were very thorough in their xrays and exam to ensure they caught any issues. This was done without any lectures or shame about not having been in a while. I needed a couple cavities filled and just had that done on a second appointment. Dr. Szott was mindful of how I was feeling the entire time, kept me informed, and made it as painless and quick as possible. This has been the best dental experience I could have hoped for.

Dr. Lauren Meek was very personable and friendly. The staff was also very responsive. They were fantastic with patient history and communicating with each other about my dental needs. Her exam was very thorough! Dr. Meek and the staff talked me through the exam and gave me lots of feedback. I could tell that Dr. Meek and the Staff at UDA Village link care about their patients and enjoy what they do. It was a great way to start a Wednesday, and I will definitely be back in 6 months for a teeth cleaning!

Worse dental office I have ever been to. I will NOT be returning. The cleaning I received could have been done better by someone with no dental experience. Their always seem to be more money that is owed every time I arrive from a procedure from 6 months ago.

Dr. Meeks and the staff are absolute ROCK STARS!! They guided me through, as a new patient, an emergency situation, at Christmas time, as it they had known me their whole lives.

I was very pleased with Dr. Lauren Meek. This was my 2nd visit to this office, and my initial meet with Dr. Lauren Meek, to undergo a cavity fill procedure. She was extremely welcoming, efficient, and genuine. She eased any slight discomfort during my procedure, and provided me with precise information regarding my cavity fill, which I deeply appreciated.
Although, I live outside of the immediate area, I will definitely be maintaining Dr. Leek as my Dentist from here on.
Additionally, The front desk and assisting staff ( Christy Davis in particular) are consistently polite and courteous.
