The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have never had to wait past our appointment time and they file insurance for you unlike some places that make you pay upfront and then you have to wait to be reimbursed.

I really like crystal my dental hygienist. She is so good at her job. She makes me feel so comfortable. When she moved Miller Steet to Village Link followed her and I would do so again if necessary. I gave her 5 stars only because that that maximum I would give more I could!

An amazing staff at this practice. Extremely accommodating and considerate and patient, and very very good work. Trudy and Dr. Woods (I hope the name is right) are both who I’ve worked with the last few times and I hope to have them again next time as well.

Dr. Redmond specifically was one of the worst dentist I have experienced. He didn’t show me he cared about me, he did show me how he was only there to get a paycheck. In my opinion a doctor should be more obviously caring of his patients.

I visited this office yesterday for an exam, and explained that I have anxiety about dental exams/work. The assistant and Dr. Redmon were very caring and professional, and always made sure I was comfortable during the exam. The receptionist took the time to explain what insurance would cover, and what I had to pay. I definitely recommend this office!

By far the best facility in the area. The staff is very courteous and helpful, the dentist is very knowledgeable and gentle. Wait times are short and the care is top notch! I would recommend UDA Village Link to anyone looking for high quality dental care.

The hygienist (Trudy) is the best you’ll ever find! Very thorough, gentle, and wonderful personality! She makes getting your teeth cleaned a pleasure.

Sorry to hear Dr. R. has left the practice. Didn't know until I went in for my cleaning. Would have appreciated a letter stating that he was leaving and to let me know who would be taknig his place.
