I thought the dentist Lauren was great. No pain at all replacing a filling and she was quick as well as respectful. I would recommend her.
The cleaning tech Jennifer was not helpful. She was rude and painful. She rushed and I felt like she cut corners on my gums. I would NOT recommend her for cleaning.

My husband and I are very happy with our experience as new patients. Dr. Redmond is super nice and has a great personality. All the staff that I interacted with at my first visit was very polite and knowledgeable. So far, I'm happy we made a change in our dental care and I look forward to future visits. (Hopefully, future visits are only for cleaning and maintenance.)

Everything went smoothly. They were very attentive and professional. Dr. Meek fixed the problem in a good amount of time and was very attentive to me during the procedure. Dr. Meek spoke with her dental tec with noteworthy courtesy - saying "thank you "whenever they changed dental tools, or if she needed something else to fix the problem, etc.

I went here once while I lived in North Carolina and had Dr. Lauren Meek. I was told during my initial “new client” appointment that I had four cavities and that they wanted to fill them during my upcoming cleaning appointment. Something didn’t sit right with this since I am a freak about my teeth. I cancelled my appointment and when I flew home to visit my family in Illinois, I went to my dentist I’ve been going to for 23+ years, redid my x-rays and guess what? ZERO CAVITIES!

Had appointments for myself and my 2 daughters. The dentist did not check me, I assume she saw my daughters but she never found me to speak to me about them. I have never been to the dentist, much less for 3 separate appointments, and not actually seen the dentist. This level of care does not appear to be up to professional standards.

Dr Redmond put a crown on the wrong tooth.
My family and I have been patients of Dr Redmond for over 5 years. He has reconstructed feelings on two of my tooth, for which he has recommended crowns. I told him that as soon as I had the money, we would do it. I was able to do it this November 2018 and set up the appointment for the one the bothers me the most, and the one, he said "I don't have much to work with" when he worked on it. At the appointment, Dr Redmond took x-rays and decided to work an a different tooth, the one next to the broken tooth, a tooth that has never bothered me. I realized it after the anesthesia has passed, and they don't want to correct their mistake. My hope is that they will do the crown on the correct tooth free of charge.

Come in with root pain.. leave with worse tooth pain... have them fix a cavity... end up with 2 root canals.. this place is a money pit. At first I took the loss, but now they won’t reschedule me for my cleaning (paid for by insurance) after I have spent well over a grand with them (not including the root canals 2 grand) because I owe 270 dollars that I am
Willing to pay a portion of on day of new service. shameful business would not make any exceptions.

Trudy a dental hygienist is always helpful with hygiene advice and welcoming . She caters to the patients and makes sure that I’m comfortable and well informed and she stays on top of my documentation. She’s awesome !

The dentist seemed wonderful. I had a question about my bill, because the person who looked up the information in the office made an error and part of my x-rays were not covered. I have left two messages over a period of three weeks, and the appropriate person in billing has yet to return my call. As someone who has been in business, I am shocked at this treatment. I will be looking for an office I can trust in every aspect. UPDATE: after some time and confusion, a manager did kindly refund the payment to me, which I appreciated very much. I have now changed my rating from one star to four (minus one star for the drama).
