Advanced Dental Care & Aesthetics

My husband and I recently moved back to the Fairview Park/North Olmsted area so we needed a dental practice. Absolutely awesome experience. Jen the Dental Assistant was great explaining what she was doing and making me feel comfortable and has a great sense of humor. I have to admit, I've never had a dental intake interview. “Best dental experience, worst, what are you looking for in a dental team, how can we help you achieve your dental goals, etc” but it was kind of cool that the staff takes their care for their patients to the next level. You can also tell the people who work there genuinely get along which only makes the patient experience better. I believe my dental hygienist was Brooke (I'm so bad with names...) and she was so conversational and easy to listen and speak with. Dr. Irizarry was welcoming, charismatic, and did an excellent job explaining things as she went. I cannot tell you how many times I've been at a dentist where I'm just sitting there looking around as people are looking in my mouth wondering why they are doing something. Lindsay checked me out from my appt and was extremely accommodating and friendly. Even though I have little to no anxiety about coming to the dentist, I can see how this would be the go-to place for someone who has dental anxiety based on how the people there make you feel. Kim and the whole staff are unendingly kind and compassionate. They cater to my anxiety triggers without hesitation or judgment. And they provide top notch dental care which thankfully keeps the need for me to go to a minimum. :).

Absolutely the best dental team! I am one of those terrified, anxiety ridden people. Traumatized by past dentists. Dr. Alicia and assistants are the kindest, most understanding and caring people! All the staff that I encountered make you feel at home and comfortable! I needed a lot of work and I am soooo ridiculously happy I found them!

I have had terrible dental experiences in the past and was looking for a good dentist that provides sedation services. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted with polite friendly personnel ,at check in. And Cyndi the treatment coordinator and Sarah the dental assistant were wonderful, explaining the financials and what to expect before, during and after the extensive dental work scheduled for October. Dr. Steven Walters was so professional and kind. I am so glad I chose this dental group. Not many people love going to the dentist but I always look forward to seeing the crew at Advanced Dental Care & Aesthetics. The staff is very friendly and polished. They are so personable. I honestly feel like I am being taken care of by the concierge of a fancy hotel every time I'm there. The doctors are all very good and thorough. They even have called me after a filling just to check and make sure everything is ok. When you need a treatment beyond regular cleaning, they provide a good explanation and estimate. They even try to fit you into their busy schedule same day so you don't have to make another appointment. I also feel like they do a great job educating me about my mouth and teeth. I recommend this office to all my friends and family!

Most comprehensive dental exam and cleaning I have ever had. I appreciated the amount of time, and detail given by the dentist, the hygienist, the dental assistant, and the front desk staff for everything in the whole process. The caring that is shown on all levels is outstanding and speaks volumes about their practice. My fear of dental procedures is through the roof, but they offer laughing gas and other options to make the procedure way more bearable. Very grateful I took a chance with Advanced Dental Care!

I don’t know where to begin. I guess from the start..My first phone call when searching for a dentist that could perform the necessary things I needed with my teeth combined with my anxiety of past encounters at the dentist. I can’t remember her name, and I’m sorry for that, but she not only made me feel comfortable about booking an appointment, but took the time to explain to me their process which could’ve waited until I was there. There was so much comfort in that knowing what to expect prior to sitting in the chair.

First visit, I needed some serious work done. The embarrassment was obvious, but the kind staff made me feel comfortable and welcome in my decision to fix my teeth and my smile. Never once did I feel any judgment from the staff about my teeth or my decision to get put to sleep for my extensive work.

Each visit to this day (about 10 or so visits) I have felt more and more comfortable about my appointments and look forward to my encounters with them. There’s not an visit that the front desk doesn’t smile when I enter, talk with me a bit instead of having me just sit and wait. The assistant, who probably spend the most time naturally with me, always remembers our previous conversations and checks up on things we have spoken about in the past. Then the dentist, the one who has all the ability to ruin the encounter, but doesn’t. Every time in the office, the dentist greets me, asks how I’m feeling, talks with me a bit, makes sure I’m fully aware of everything that he is going to be doing, talks with me while doing it, jokes and makes the encounter as easy going as the dentist could make it.

I guess more importantly for me, is the respect all of the members I’ve mentioned show day in and day out. They don’t have to do many of the things I’ve briefly mentioned, yet they do each and every visit. I’ve been asked about my day, my job, my pets, my family, my overall health, my hobbies, my tattoos, etc. They’ve told me to take my time before leaving if I needed a minute to gather myself, they’ve asked if I wanted walked out to my car, they’ve asked if I needed a few minutes before next steps of the process. I could go on and on, but by now anyone reading should understand. This place is second to none, top to bottom. I never thought I’d ever develop this kind of a relationship with the dentist, but here I am.

If you’re looking for a dentist, look no further, this is the absolute best option there is…

Dr. Steve is great. The entire staff is wonderful. I am glad he is my dentist.

I have had limited experience with this practice with only two cleanings and exams. The last visit was very good. The office is very efficient, ultra-clean, and pandemic compliant. Staff members are friendly and exceptionally professional. My personal concerns were met very satisfactorily. I will be able to provide more complete evaluation once I have experienced an actual dental procedure. So far I am pleased.

There truly are no words for how comforting and inviting the staff and practitioners at Advanced Dental Care and Aesthetics are. When I walked in I was greeted by name and the assistant had all my paperwork ready to go. I waited less than a couple minutes to be taken back and was so relieved to find every step in the appointment was clearly explained so I knew exactly what was going on. They gave me excellent recommendations on how to keep up with my dental health and made scheduling my next appointment so easy. I would HIGHLY recommend Advanced Dental Care and Aesthetics to anyone looking for any type of dental work!
