I do not even know where to begin? I had never been there before, I had a dental emergency and the got me in first thing in the morning. Everyone from the from the front desk to the doctor treated me like I had been a patient for years. I was in a lot of pain when I arrived and the quickly made me feel comfortable. Multiple people constantly checked on me while I was waiting for my procedure to begin. They even had cable in the room while I was waiting. They did a great job of explaining my procedure and what I should expect. Their prices were also very fair and were willing to work with me if I had any financial concerns. I truly was impressed with my visit and felt like I was the most important person in the building. I would strongly recommend a visit and they will be seeing me again.

I am one of those patients that I imagine most medical professionals hate, I have serious phobia regarding any medical procedures especially dental work. A colleague referred me and I went in with high expectations and was very happy that they were met. I had the kindest and warmest dental assistant Raquel, that came in and did my ex-rays and initial introduction and explanation of the process. She was thorough and so very kind, I felt very at ease with her and was glad she stayed the entire process. The doctor - Neetha Zwick made me feel comfortable and easy, she didn't make me feel judged, nor did she talk to me like a simpleton. She made the whole process educational and very comfortable. I walked away from my initial exam feeling prepared for the next appointment and cared for. I look forward to going back and getting things done that I have been avoiding for years. Thank you to all the ladies - Ashley, Keesha, Raquel and Dr. Zwick. You made my experience nice, which is something I have never said about a dentist office. See you soon.

Update: Post Root Canal - I was terrified to show up the day of my appointment with Dr. Steve even after having nothing but great experiences with ADCA. I honestly wish I could afford to get all of my teeth fixed this week!!! This was wonderful, I chose nitrous which I’ll never go without again! Dr. Steve is such a pro, the numbing process is usually the most painful but he does it flawlessly and you feel nothing.

After being numbed I fell asleep during my root canal, asleep!! I was so comfy I went to sleep and woke up to a young lady finishing up with my build up. My tooth not only feels great but I was able to get all of this done and walk out without pain meds!!! Wonderful experience, simply can’t praise this collection of professionals enough.

My visit to Advanced Dental Care & Aesthetics was, by far, the BEST dentist experience ever,. They clearly place a high value on customer service, and they deliver. Stephanie, Kim, Kim and Dr. Zwick were all simply wonderful. I couldn't be happier with the care I received, and look forward to seeing them again. (And that's a bold statement from someone who is a Nervous Nellie when it comes to the dentist.)

I had an emergency tooth problem and was able to get an appointment immediately that day. Dr Alicia was wonderful She pinpointed the problem and I was scheduled the next day for a crown I was scared to death and tried nitrous oxide for the first time. Dr Alicia was kind and understanding to mean and she made my experience most tolerable.
I would recommend Advanced Dental Care to everyone!

I was visiting from Boston and broke a front tooth. I was able to get an appointment the day I called, and I cannot express how impressed I was with the facility and all of the staff at Advanced Dental Care & Aesthetics. I was greeted warmly by everybody I met in the office. Kate was fantastic, explaining everything to me, as was Dr. Bath-Walters. Dr. Bath-Walters reassured me that she would fix the tooth on a temporary basis (which she did, wonderfully--nobody can tell which tooth was broken!) and write up a note for my local dentist detailing her findings, recommendations, and what she did. She included a copy of the x-ray that was taken as well. I could not be happier with the care I received at Advanced Dental Care & Aesthetics. If I lived in the Cleveland area I would absolutely become a permanent patient there.

Everyone works in tandem to provide a seamless experience. Patients never have to explain their own next steps to the support staff upon discharge. That has already been relayed digitally from the medical staff. Your treatment plan will be waiting for you along with insurance coverage. Even emergencies are beautifully handled. My emergency, which happened on a weekend, was addressed within 5 minutes by Dr. Barjesh. She kept close contact with me throughout the weekend, making certain there was not an immediate need for an urgent visit. All of your needs are met from arrival to departure. Friendliness and medical dental expertise are prevalent 100% of the time!”

Dr. Alicia at Advanced Dental Care is AMAZING! I would never go to another dentist, her attentiveness to your specific needs and overwhelming care for each and every patient is unreal. She takes her time with you if you are nervous about dental work, and works with you to create a customized dental plan that works for you.

Everything from managing appointments, helping with the insurance and payment processing, and, of course, making you comfortable and relaxed during the procedures.
