Had a great first visit at this dentist office. I will be coming here from now on. Lindsey took great care of me & made me feel comfortable during my cleaning. I’ve had dental hygienist in the past really hurt me and I was pleasantly surprised there was no pain or discomfort during and after my cleaning.

They took me on a Saturday with no appointment for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. Was in and out in a hour and a half. Everyone was super friendly and very calming, seeing I was a little nervous being my first tooth ever being pulled. They are definitely my new dentist with all my future procedures!

Had a cleaning 2 weeks ago and a cavity filled this morning. They used numbing gel before the novacaine.. I never even felt the shot!!! Unbelievable!! I also use the nitrous gas to take the edge off my anxiety..
I totally recommend The practice... they are ALL the best!

I went to Advanced Dental for a tooth I had broken and after a week of being miserable on an antibiotic, I finally caved and made an appointment. I had called a few places that day and I got what I expected, the typical lecture that I shouldn't of waited and in general an attitude that I was less and didn't know anything. When I called Advanced Dental though, I didn't get any of that. They were gracious and understanding and with no lectures, I got my appointment for the next day. From the moment I walked into the beautiful office, I was treated like I was the only patient in the office. From the office tour with Lindsay to the introductions, the customer service was unbelievable. The exam was thorough. Raquel, my dental assistant was amazing and always kept me informed of what was going on. Everything was looked at in its entirety to help a game plan for items that needed attention after my problem tooth was taken care of. Now, dental work is a large investment to some. In this case I needed to get myself out of discomfort with little financial disruption. Robin worked deligiently to get me literally every pricing option available for different options on what I can do with this tooth. Ultimately I had to choose extraction for cost reasons. Though I know the real choice should of been a root canal, Dr. Swick never once made me feel bad for my choice. They reminded me it's my choice and I should do what's best for me. Instead of guilting me like most expieriences I've had, they lifted me up in my time of defeat. An extraction was not a choice I made lightly but knew financially it was best for me. I was able to get in the next morning first thing and they handled everything so professionally, kind and courteous. I thanked the Dr. Swick (it was a teary, nitrous fueled thank you) for supporting me in my choice. I really cannot say better things about this experience. For someone like myself and I'm sure many others, who dislike going to the dentist, I can honestly say I'm looking forward to going back. Never thought I would say that. Thank you to the entire Advanced Dental Care team. Looking forward to being a continued patient of yours!
