Couldn't have asked for more. From the time I entered I was taken goid care of. The dentist I saw was great, no chit chat, here's the issue, here's the options, here's the result. Perfect! And the girl that took my impressions made the unpleasant so much easier to deal with. Great team!

They have an amazing team. Friendly and great service. They took care of my emergency within 24hr. During the Pandemic I thought I wasn't going to be seen that fast but look at God and aspen doing a great job. Thanks so much i appreciate you guys and will definitely be back .

I broke a tooth last Sat. I called Aspen on Monday, they got me in on Wed. A quick look, sure enough I needed a crown. They ran my insurace, got me a appointment for Thurs. And hurray, Dr Sharp got it cleaned up and a temporary on in an hour. Appt made for 3 weeks for permanant crown and sent me on my way. Dr Sharp was awesome. No pain, very knowledgable and very kind. I will definately go back again. The whole staff was great, efficient and professional. Hurray for Aspen Dental.

Going here was the worst experience I have ever had at the dentist. The first time I went it was okay but the second time I went was horrible and every other time after that was just terrible! I waited 1 hour in the lobby and when i was asked to come to the back I waited another hour in the back. After being there for TWO hours they finally asked if I wanted to come back another day because the were too busy for me and then the the next appointment I came and I waited 1 hour AGAIN in the lobby with NOBODY waiting...so I got impatient and ask if they were ready for me and they said that I wasn't even scheduled! If I wasn't schedule why would I have a card that you guys gave me for this specific date and time to come in!!! It made no sense!!! So I waited 1 hour just so they can reschedule me for ANOTHER day!!!! I would never recommend this place to anybody. After my next appointment I am done with this dental place! Hopefully my next appointment they won't claim to not have me schedule in again. If I could give this place a 0 star I would.

They don't listen to the patient. They are only interested in upselling. The dentist wouldn't tell you to his recommendations the office manager does that. You must prepay to even get an appointment. Worst experience I have ever had and I am an Marine used to dealing with the VA.

First impression was they are all business. Sort of a cold reception by the picture taker once called back. Was thrown into taking teeth pics, and never explained, nor gave me a chance to take off my coat. I WAS BAKING. The doctor was much more pleasant, although the first impressionable young lady makes me question if I wan't to return. Where is the sense of humor, or just basic kindness. I overheard another staff member with another patient questioning the doctors orders with a patient. Overall, although the doctor was the nicest.... Cold and uncomfortable environment for me. The acting manager was awesome. First impressions will kill you every time.

The dentist is a really nice man, as far as professionalism, can use a lot of lessons. I had to get a couple of fillings and also had to get a temporary cap while waiting on the permanent cap to come in approximately 3 weeks away the temp cap had to take off work again and went to fix it, he filled it with something and literally next day it completely broke and came off. The quality of work is definitely lacking. I have a few fillings from childhood that are still good. Just super disappointed. I would not recommend them at all for general dentistry. The hygienist there is really good though, gentle, smart and very professional.

Went for the free exam/x-ray they offer. Said I needed several teeth extracted, bone graft and root canal. Then dental implants later. Total bill would be 20,000 dollars. I opted out and got a second opinion at a local dentist in Owasso. The other Dentist is going to deep scale clean my teeth to save them. and one dental implant. No root canals, not several extractions not the extreme amount Aspen Dental wanted. Aspen did not even offer to deep clean my teeth to save them. Just out for the money. My advice is to get a second opinion, I am glad I did.

I have found all the people at Aspen Dental to be professional, friendly, and caring about my well being.
It's a pleasant, clean, comfortable atmosphere. I will gladly refer friends and family members to Aspen Dental.

I went to Aspen Dental in Owasso Oklahoma. They did a complete examination on my teeth and gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and how it would be accomplished.
When I arrived at the dental office it was New and very clean. The staff immediately greeted me and gave me a 3 page history form to fill out which was very thorough and easily completed.
The x-Ray technician took me back as soon as I was completed with the forms.
They did a complete x-ray of all my teeth, entailing approximately 14 x-rays from different directions.
The dentist came in and looked the x-rays and discussed what I would like to have done.
At that point a finance manager took me into her office and gave me a complete breakdown of all fee’s and associated charges there would be to get the work completed.
I had recently changed insurances and found out from her that the insurance didn’t cover any major dental for one year. I didn’t have the money to cover the work. She informed me they also had finance options if I wanted to apply for credit she could get me and answer shortly.
I am from out of state so I declined. When I asked what I owed for the exam and x-rays she informed me there was no charge.
I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to all my friends and family.
