I was hesitant to use them based on the reviews but thought only disgruntled people review, right? Horrible experience from start to finish. I needed a crown on one tooth. 6 visits later I got the crown, but it was a nightmare the entire way. Visit #1 the door was locked and I couldn’t get in until 15 minutes after my scheduled visit. They said there was an angry patient they had to lock out. Now I see why. Visit #2 and dentist #1, prepped for crown, long wait, very basic service, took dentist 3 attempts to get a usable temporary crown on me. Visit #3 I took off work early for appointment, pull into parking lot and get a call my appointment was canceled because they did not have glue. Visit #4, dentist #2, I called a week later after not hearing a thing, glue magically just arrived, come in today!! New dentist doesn’t want to put the crown on, thinks I need a root canal first. Huh?? No. I have no pain, I want the crown. The crown does not fit. Drilled my tooth, drilled the crown, nothing. Put new temp back on and NOW I’m in pain. Visit #5, dentist #3, and entire new office staff. I called first to verify NO PROBLEMS told my tooth was not made by the lab so I needed to come in for new mold and it will take 15 min. 2 hours later, more drilling, horrid pain and dentist 3 says not much left of my tooth and need root canal. I never had pain before I came here!!!! I cannot afford a root canal right now and request we just get the crown on and done. Visit #6 waited two weeks with no communication. Called and tooth magically just came in. Will take 15 minutes to set crown. I get there and I’m told there was an impromptu staff meeting and dentist would be with me shortly. New office staff again. The dental assistant checked the crown fit, did X-ray and apologized repeatedly for my wait. I wait an HOUR and a HALF for him to just come out, bark orders at the poor dental assistant and tell HER to set the crown. The dental assistants are the only good thing about this horrible place and I hope you all find a better place to work than this nightmare. From start to finish it was non stop problems, lies and excuses. I demanded my bill be discounted and didn’t get so much as an apology. These reviews are the sad reality of a poorly ran facility. 6 visits was not worth the money I saved. Trust me, not worth the headache.

I ddn't want to go to a large chain dentist but my options in Owasso were limited and I wanted to be seen more quickly. I decided to give them a chance, I should have googled the company before i made the decision to see this dental office. A quick google search shows this company is wrought with corruption and they have even had a class action lawsuit taken against them. All i went for was an annual cleaning, NEVER in my life have I been charged for a cleaning whatsoever. This place told me I had to pay extra because of additional work done during the cleaning and quoted prices on out of pocket items were magically more once the bill came, therefore asking me for even more money. This place is a scam and ran like a corporate for profit machine which is exactly what it is. Please avoid and go to a local dentist who actually cares about their patients and not just profit.

The Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The office was very clean and well equipped. (reason for the 2 stars)

I originally contacted this location to have a cavity filled because the tooth has been giving me trouble. I ended up booking the appt to have all the X-rays and initial overview done because I was told that HAD to be done before they would do anything else.
After 2hrs I left there with an estimate of over $5k for a "treatment plan" and no filling. So my immediate issue was not taken care of nor was there any real attempt to help me with it. I now have a "treatment plan" (with a cost of over $5k) and a tooth that still gives me problems.
I need a Dentist that will take care of my immediate issue and work on a plan for later visits; this is not that place.

What a great team. Had my first cleaning with the hygienist JC. He was GREAT! So knowledgeable and friendly. Made my experience very enjoyable. Helped a very nervous patient. Thanks Aspen!

Being new to the area, I decided to give this office a try as my new dentist. I broke a tooth over the weekend and was in pain, which brought on the visit. I already figured I would need to be put on antibiotics before the extraction could be done. I was okay with that. I showed up for my visit. I signed in and was brought back for X-rays. Why trying to get them all done, I kept having to move so another patient could “get one more for his root canal”. They did this three times. Why not let me finish with mine first. Then one of the techs kept coming to ask “where is ????, it’s not in the drawer”. This happened several times. It just seemed very unorganized with the way they ran their office. Then after seeing the dr, it was agreed I needed the tooth extracted after being on antibiotics. A man came and got me to check me out. Once in his office, he proceeded to tell me the cost of bridge work that needed done. I wasn’t there for that. I was there to be relieved of pain FIRST and foremost. All he talked about was payment and how much the bridgework would cost. I told him several times I needed my prescription first and the tooth pulled before discussing bridgework. It seemed he was more concerned about money vs my comfort. I got mad and left. I called back to get my prescription called in to Walmart. The receptionist said she would talk to the dentist and call me back and call the prescription in. I did not feel my needs were important to the staff because all they seem to care about where his schedule me for a procedure I had no interest in to start with and told him I had no interest in it I definitely will not be back

Since your response 2weeks ago, I have not heard from that office whatsoever so, i am still waiting but now its impatiently... it wont take much more to seek counsil.....

There’s not enough room to talk about this establishment that has had staff that’s poured through it like water over the last 5 years.. I had my teeth removed last year to get dentures.. lost my daughter during first 6 months along with my temps at her funeral & I went four months without teeth at all so I could get the permanents i had already paid my part in cash for...I received my permanent teeth on February 13th, just in time for valentines Day. How happy i was after all the suffering.. the only adjustment so far was the day I got them. 1st app for further adjustments was reschedule by them, then by me..I thought ok tops are great even without glue.. get these bottoms adjusted I am good. I went yesterday February 28th last day of the month. ONLY to be told they wouldn’t see me-they claimed to had found a bill from get this “5 YEARS AGO” I was showed this on February 13th and after looking at it she, my wife who already had dentures had put her part of around 600 down on 7 year warrantied teeth... and signed it with a balance due 1/14/2014 of 300 something dollars and what made disputed this right off it said remainder. Due at pick up.. she picked them up.. they didn’t show me that receipt nor did they show a paid for receipt just that one on initial agreement.. 1st again staff Has poured through like water can’t hardly keep a hiegenist... and the staff is friendly ( for the most part) till they want what I don’t believe I owe from 2014 this place has seen me and my children for 5 years without issue and now I can’t get them to adjust my new teeth of nearly cost all together pulls and all around 8000 dollars my part being over 1600.. I can’t believe nor should I, that this would ever be something I should remember along with the death of my daughter who would have been 26 now... SHAME ON ASPEN DENTAL OWASSO!!! Shame shame shame... I asked when I refused to pay anything on this 5 yr old bill who they wanted the media cover by..... I still await that answer!

HORRIBLE DENTIST OFFICE!! Got a crown put in, I’m self pay right now no insurance. So spent close to $1000 for a crown that ended up falling out 6 months later. Went back in to get it fixed, and because there was a new dentist there, she REFUSED to just fix it by putting it back in. She wanted me to pay for a bridge for just that one crown. After explaining to her that I’m self pay with no insurance and that a bridge financially was not possible, and I asked her PLEASE just cement the crown back in, she still refused! And I had to pay $50 for that office visit for them to tell me we will not warranty our work basically because it was no fault of mine that the crown came out 6 months after being put in. ABSOLUTELY will never return. The place should be shut down if that’s how the cheat people out of money. Pathetic

I highly recommend Aspen Dental for you dental needs. They are very courteous and friendly. I was having a problem with my insurance and they straightened it out for me. Dr. Sharpe is very gentle and through. I give their office in Owasso 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The receptionists were friendly and the office was nice. They were good about getting me in right away. However, the Dentist, Dr. Nugyen, had a horrible ATTITUDE! He had the worst bed side manor of any Dr. I've ever met. He was rude, in a hurry, and very sarcastic about answering any questions I had. I heard him doing the same thing to the patient in the next room. It was obvious he didn't care, and I wondered if he was even telling me the truth about the dental work I needed. Nice office staff but terrible Dentist. I wouldn't go back or recommend him to anyone.
