Always super booked, good luck finding anything close to the date you set. They gave me the run around on cleanings, but I accepted at the time that they were well scheduled out and did a cleaning 3 months out. Once that cleaning was done I set my appointment for the next cleaning (6 months out), Today (5 months since that cleaning and less than a month until my next cleaning) Gentle Dental called me to tell me the person I scheduled my cleaning with no longer works that shift, and due to the tight scheduling they had one day (next week when I am out of town) or I would have to wait until December (4 months past my scheduled cleaning) for the next open spot. If you cannot keep your appointments, at least have a plan to still get people their appointment in a timely fashion. Terrible, terrible customer service.
Also odd, I have had four appointments there and have never seen the same dentist twice...

I switched to the North Eugene Gentle Dental shortly after moving here in 2018. I have been so happy with their service. I love my dentist, and my hygienist, Maggie, is a rockstar. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Wait times are much too long, don't schedule an appointment if you have anything else to do that day. Bring a bag lunch and a pillow, and maybe some ear plugs because the receptionist is super rude.

EDIT: SIX Years Later and review still stands. Dr Bergeson deserves awards,,, This office is, by any measure, the best dentist office I have ever been to in my life and I am 57 years old. I have been to 3 dentists at this office and they are all exceptional. I have NO pain after procedures, NONE. Not even any injection pain. The staff are always competent and kind. They have changed staff as some workers have transferred to different offices, and the new staff are always as good as the old staff. I've lived in Oregon a LONG time and it is generally hit and miss with medical care and their staff, as well as any other professionals in the state. I don't know who keeps this office in check, but I hope it never changes!

Everyone is so friendly at this office, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I've been to get my cleaning and root canal, so they've seen a lot of me lately. As a cash paying client, I tend to ask a lot of questions about the cost of every single thing. They always provided me with an accurate breakdown and understood when I have to put some things off.
