Hands down best dentists we've seen. When I went there the first time it felt bigger and a little warehouse-y, and I wasn't expecting a personal touch, and they really surprised me. Emergencies and difficult teeth were handled quickly and with compassion. Treatments were minimally invasive. Cleanings were thorough and staff was helpful.

Unfortunately my insurance doesn’t allow for any other dental company so I have now been to four separate offices desperately trying to find a team that at least seems to care about their patients. The lack of communication between two offices in the same town is so completely outstanding. They have made mistakes regarding my insurance, my copays, and even my treatment plan a few times. (Not to mention left me waiting for 40+ minutes in the waiting room on three separate occasions). I pushed back with my original orthodontist about having my wisdom teeth removed, but he told me he would not do Invisalign until I had it taken out. Once I got to the Oral Surgery consult, they told me that there was no reason to remove it. Since the two opinions were conflicting, I asked for some more information, to which I was met with a lot of frustration from them (which I even mentioned to them I was able to sense). Generally just a lack of care, patience, and good business practices. If you have the option to go somewhere else - TAKE IT!!

So I used to see Dr Sweet until she moved. Since my last visit with her, the dentists I’ve seen are up and down. I made an appointment to see a dentist for pain in my mouth. Ended up waiting 30 minutes which is very unusual for this office. On top of that the front desk was having an off day I guess and were rude. This makes me very nervous for future appointments and not sure if I’ll stick around.

I have been to dentists repeatedly since I was a child. This includes trips for braces, crowns, fillings, and even a root canal. I have seen a dozen dentists and I have never been more satisfied with the dental work, care, and friendliness that I got here.

I had Dr. English and after my painstaking cleaning (my fault) she came in and because I had no cavities she asked me about the suggestions I had made when I came in about filling an empty tooth and cleaning up a few little eroded/stained spots in front. After I had my braces off in high school there were some spots that really kinda uglied up my smile and previous dentists never viewed those spots as something they could fix. I even had a dentist at Gentle Dental shine me on like it was all taken care of and once I got to the restroom to look it was only 3% better. The facial work that I got done is impeccable, and you would NEVER recognize that there were any problems. My filling in my molar feels and looks so natural. In the past fillings would always screw up my bite, but Dr. English is an artist with tooth repair.

Do yourself a favor and go in with a good idea on what work you need done and just let them know. They came through and knocked it out of the park. Thanks, ladies!

I've had a lot of work done over the past six months, mostly by Dr. Sweet. She is hands down the most compassionate dentist I've ever seen, and the staff of assistants and hygienists are top notch. Super responsive to phone calls, urgencies, tooth pain, etc. I feel great about taking my kids here and I recommend this office to anyone who has had bad experiences with dental care in the past.

I have never left a bad review but this experience warrants one. My husband had a partial replaced that he has had for years. After paying the cost of replacement (and this also involved paying 6 months of insurance before he could get the apt covered). After just 3 short weeks, the front tooth fell out while he was talking to a neighbor. He wasn't eating, didnt hit it, it just fell out! When he went to get it redone, they said it wasn't their fault and that he'd have to pay to get another. This wasn't cheep and we are extremely frustrated. The lack of care for the patient is very dissapointing. Would never reccomend!
It's been 3 weeks and another tooth has fallen out :/

I have had consistent good experiences with the staff here at Willamette Dental Group.
Twice now I have had a dental emergency and called the hotline. They have gotten me in each time within 24 hours and seemed happy to do it. The staff has always been very courteous and willing to help. Choi and Eggertson have been very helpful, as was Andrey.
I would recommend Willamette Dental to anyone.

I have been with Willamette Dental at Delta Oaks for several years now. They have the best staff and Dentists. Dr English is wonderful and I have complete confidence in her ( and treats ) ability to take my of my needs.
I hope as a patient ,i have access to her or staff to discuss my treatment plans. It is extremely important that (speaking for me ) i am accorded that line of communication for many reasons. I called the main (800 number ) office today and it is closed. I have a scheduling conflict. We discussed yesterday ,me coming back April 1st before our trip to the Caribbean , however when i got home ,my wife reminded me that we will be out of the country from March 30th to April 14th.
I have no way of contacting her office or the front desk staff to reschedule. This part has to be fixed. There has to be patient to Dr communication line.

I have been coming here for about 7 years and have never had a bad experience involving or Dr. Tolmach or her wonderful and caring staff. My son had molars pulled here and was so nervous about the procedure and I appreciated the staff taking extra time with him and being so caring! All staff are professional, kind and seem to love their job! Nice aura-haha : )

WOW, this place has got hospitality down to a T. They were VERY friendly and courteous, and on top of that, they recognized me from a whole year ago! I walk right through the door and they are there waiting for me making small talk and giving generous compliments. I forgot my watch there, and when I came to pick it up after the holidays, they were fully ready to give it to me as soon as I walked through the door, whilst recognizing me again. Great staff and very courteous as well as great service on my teeth. Thanks to them, I'm keeping them pearly white!
