I broke my tooth late on a Friday and everyone in my hometown was closed until Monday, I was in immense pain so I started calling dentists within a couple hour drive. I called Open Door Dental in hopes that even with short notice I could get in. Lucky they were able to get me in the next day on a Saturday. They had friendly staff and speedy service. I'm beyond happy with my experience and so thankful they were able to fix me up. 5+ star rating

Office staff and dental workers are welcoming, friendly, professional, thorough, and offer options for expanded services without pressure. They've hired another dentist since I first visited & seem prepared for far more clients & hirees, given the number of private dental stations ready for use. Twice I've called with a question and been told the subject expert would contact me within an hour; in both cases, the return call came as promised & the staff member was prepared. They honor dental insurance, offer a discount for full-balance payment, and supply information on installment programs. Parking is ample; the office is on Williams Hwy in the same complex as The Boardroom. "Open Door" is an apt name for a medical office that doesn't close for lunch, half-days, or Fridays: They are open 7 am - 7 pm weekdays and 8 am - 6 pm on Saturdays! During the pandemic Open Door observes (& requests that clients observe) government mandated face protection and social distancing. If you check in & choose to wait for your appointment in the privacy of your car, you won't be forgotten: They check on you often. I'm enthused to share my positive experience as an Open Door Family Dentistry client.

Still in pain 9 months after my extraction. The doctors wouldn't listen me when I complained about massive amounts of pain post-extraction and eventually (after I refused to let them into my mouth a 4th time) they referred me to specialist who charged me $300+ to give me some mouth wash and say come back in 3 months if it still hurt. The mouthwash didn't work and I can't afford out of pocket expenses. So, I'm still in pain some 9 months later.

Everyone there is incredibly friendly and willing to accommodate/help in whatever way possible. Every experience there (for myself and for my children) has been fantastic! Our favorite hygienist (and why I decided to review finally) is Marzi- so if Open Door is reading this, we just want you to know how much we love her!!

The staff is super friendly and welcoming! They explain every step, go over the financials with you, and answer questions well. The music is nice, not the typical elevator-type, to help keep you relaxed. Even when they're working on you, they keep your comfort a priority.
