Open Door Family Dentistry

I have been going to this Dentist office for over 5 years and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so friendly from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. They are so great at explaining every detail to you. I would recommend Open Door to anybody.
P.S. They have the best open hours anywhere.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the service. I needed two teeth extracted and was quoted for surgical removal, several days prior. This is my first experience here, besides my consult. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable and numb. The dentist was steady handed, calm, gentle and patient while working and really put my anxiousness at ease. Office staff was also very friendly and thorough explaining to me what my insurance situation was. Definitely would recommend and definitely will return.

Updating several months later to say, I'm still very pleased with the care I have been receiving. All staff is thorough, kind and all of my appointments have been on time. Care coordinators have been great about explaining potential charges and I've been financially prepared for all work they have charged for, in advance. They're rockin' it!

Staff and the dentists did great work. I was given informative consultations and discussions on what my personal situation should have attention. Options and estimates were provided so I can prioritize and decided what procedures are right for me. All in all great services. In house dental insurance is an option I have not taken advantage of, but is available.

The best care I have ever had. I had dental procedures in Germany, Switzerland, England as well as in New England, California and now three places in Grants Pass. The professionalism of all the staff, the willingness to give me the attention to my concerns, the clarity of the answers to my questions both impressed and assuaged me. As a retired Hospital Architect, I don't miss much. Thank you again for first class care.

I woke in the night with severe tooth pain and was very grateful to see Open Door opens at 7am. I was able to call and they squeezed me in before noon the same day. Every employee I interacted was knowledgeable and treated me with kindness. Convenient hours, knowledgeable staff, and competitive pricing.

Awesome staff! They were super nice. Both the hygienist and dentist took time to explain my mouth, teeth, and everything in between. I loved that. They are also open late and on weekends!!!!

Pleasant, efficient, helpful. They care about my comfort. Easy in and out. No waiting. Reminder texts. Same people caring for me each time at my request. They will be my dental care professionals for good.

Drove by saw the ad called in and had an appointment next day!!! Friendly staff. Nice new building. And had affordable dental plan that included my child for free. Happy to be a new client.

Everyone in the office is kind, considerate and professional. We always feel welcome and cared for. They are committed to prevention. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I've had mixed experiences here. They are nice. They are very expensive. Evidently they are not an "in network" provider for my insurance. They would have rather pulled a tooth than let me know the extra expenses are because they are a preferred provider. I was in extreme pain and stressed out. If I hadn't kept asking questions I would have overpaid and lost a tooth. I understand I have a responsibility to know this, but I think honest business practice would have been to at least offer this information.

I did have a tooth pulled there a couple of months ago and I had a good experience but now that I know it cost more than it should have I'm disappointed in human beings.

I'm medically retired and on Social security disability and I have Medicare so money is very tight
