Dr murdock never hits a nerve during the numbing shot which is so amazing! The staff is always so happy, and they not only get along but you can tell they actually like eachother and care about eachother! They are always so compassionate and empathetic to their patients and I have never met a grumpy staff member! 10/10 would recommend this office in grants pass!

Dental hygienists are great but the service has gone down hill since changing locations. New building must cost more now they want to nickel and dime everything. Sad this place was great in the past.

They got me in reasonably fast. And we're able to come up with a plan for my dental care. After waiting 3 years to see a dentist through OHP, this office is by far better than any dentist I've been through. I am currently looking into private dental insurance coverage. But their in-house coverage is worth it and the benefits are great. The staff is friendly and makes sure you are informed and comfortable for your entire visit.

To be honest, I was somewhat concerned when my Grants Pass dentist sold his practice to Open Door Dental, thinking of it as a ‘chain’ dentistry. However, I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received at Open Door Dental. Everyone from the front desk, to the dental assistants and finally the dentists, have been very polite, accommodating and efficient. I have always been able to get timely appointments, even in emergencies (i.e., same day appointment for a toothache). Based on my to-date experiences, I highly recommend Open Door Dental !

Encouraging as my daughter & I both were able to get in right away. Had exam, X-rays and teeth cleaned all in one appointment. The staff was professional and compassionate. Our treatment plan in hand and already scheduled which is a great blessing.

Hygienist was great no complaints. Thank you lady’s . Maybe needs better educated front desk. Not sure why I was scheduled for another cleaning without telling me I would have to pay for the next cleaning. So I’m waiting 6 months thinking I have another cleaning that I paid for. ,, I walk inside and I’m told I would have to pay…. If I had known…. I would had paid 6months ago ,, than they proceeded to lie to me saying they left voice messages saying I would have to pay my next visit. But it was just a voice mail saying we moved to another location. Making me feel as I’m the one who should have asked do I have to pay ??? They missed up and it’s nothing they can do about it. ,,, not that great of service. Thank you ,, I would try somewhere else. ,,, btw I have voice mail still I’ll send it if you don’t believe me boo!

This place will draw you in with their $90 cleaning and X-ray, then turn around and hand you treatment plant that is $7,000. I’ll have a better life letting my teeth rot than paying these insane fees.
