I know a lot of people think that Aspen Dental is a franchise or chain dentistry, but my experience from the first Initial call that I made has been a really positive experience. I first called in the latter part of the day and Madison who is the office manager answered the phone and normally with the kind of questions that I had I would need to speak to a nurse practitioner or the assistant to the dentist but she was so patient with me and she was able to answer all my questions and she even stayed an extra 20 minutes or 1/2 hour continuing to answer my questions after her scheduled time. so I really appreciated that. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. The last thing we need when were in pain and we have a big journey ahead of us is that anxiety of waiting forever to get an appointment. when I went in the woman that did my x-rays and the entire staff including Dr. McKee were all so wonderful even the office managers were so personable and patient with me. The prices were beyond fair and so much more affordable than every other place that I have called. Its bad enough to have to go through this journey but when you donβt have the funds to pay for it, and the normal I was getting everywhere else was beyond astronomical where I would have to make payments for the rest of my life!!! When they handed me a print out of my possible treatment plan, it was more than fair. One thing that I was told is that I will never feel that Dr. McKee is elsewhere when heβs present with you and boy I would have never been able to tell that there were other people in each and every room waiting to see him, he was so present, personable and kind to me. The whole staff was just wonderful and so compassionate. I have chosen to take this time to do this review because I know I read reviews and I utilize the shared reviews and experiences of others as part of my decision making process. So I wanted to take this time to share my own experience being so positive and good. So a big thank you to the entire staff and everyone at Aspen Dental and more than likely Iβll be seeing all of you very soon!

My experience at Aspen Dental was pleasant and professional. The facility is new and clean. The office manager, dental assistant and doctor were all friendly and helpful. After the thorough x-rays and exam, the doctor was straightforward with possible options, and the manager's financial consultation was surprisingly affordable. I am looking forward to continued good experiences with Aspen Dental.

I have panic attaches when I leave my house, so going to a new dentist was hard for me. The staff at Aspen dental were very understanding and took their time with me. They were all friendly,professional and calming. By the time I left I felt very comfortable with them. Before I left I knew what needed to be done, and what the total cost would be. There was no long wait time for the next appointment, as they made time for me the next day. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental

I was very afraid waking up to the right side of my face, lip, neck swollen so much I couldn't totally close my mouth, and a good amount of pain. I drove to Aspen Dental, Riverside Ave, walked in and was helped. Very calm staff and beautiful office. I've had dental fears and scary experiences like many, and found this office and staff so calm and professional, and caring. I have to return for three surgical extractions, and I can say I'm not feeling half as panicked so far π. Yes I recommend this office and am so grateful for their gentle care of a very scared me.

Me and wife came to this clinic for treatment. The entire team was very helpful, but the young doctor, Dr. Kaur was really a kind person and exceptional dentist, she made us feel comfortable and explained everything nicely, gave us the best treatment possible. I have never felt so good about a dentist in my entire life, we are happy.

I've always had an incredible fear of the dentist. I research for DAYS and often will be the person that would rather NOT go. Well over the last week I was in intense pain because (come to find out) a piece of food got stuck between my molar and wisdom tooth and I didn't do my research on a dentist and went with the 1st place I could find.
The only thing that kept me from giving a full 5 stars was the dentist himself (quite honestly this dentist was better than most dentists I've had) he was pretty distant. Came in, looked, praised my teeth, told me the problem, and was done. I am made to feel more at ease with a dentist/hygienist when they are more personable.
The hygienist that I had was AMAZING. The cleaning is always the most terrifying part for me and she was phenomenal. She listened to the fact that I get really anxious about dentists and did everything she could to put me at ease. When her fingers were in my mouth and she talked she took her time, let me answer, and that really relaxed me.
The admin in there were very sweet, honest when it came to possibly having to adjust getting my daughter in and they handled it without a bad attitude. They were very honest and told me they would work to get her in. I think having a good attitude when having to relay possibly bad news is important and they handled it well. Then the admin (Paul I believe?) was very clear about what I would have to pay up front, how it would be handled once insurance was contacted, and was right on time with calling me back the next business day to keep me updated about what insurance was and was not taking.
As someone with anxiety about dentists I'd recommend Aspen Dental, and just be very honest if you've got some kind of fear or issue with dentists. They were great and handled both myself and my daughter wonderfully!

Hands down the best dental experience, I have ever had. Took me on as a new patient with no hassle and minimal waiting. I was able to schedule the work I needed to be done within the week. The dental hygienist went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in consideration of my sensitive teeth. Up front pricing and flexible financing round out the reasons, I am recommending my local office to my friends and family (especially those without insurance).

Like many medical facilities these days, this one creates a sense of "drive thru" service. Things served to be focused on efficiency and speed, rather than patient relations.
For some, this is ideal- but I rather miss getting to know a doctor and feeling more like a patient, and less like a car at a mechanic.
The offices were clean, however, the staff was friendly-ish, and the efficiency was good.
After seeking a second opinion from another clinic, I found a cheaper and more accommodating solution to my dental problems.

I Live about an hour away from Aspen dental but made an appointment to have my teeth fixed anyway because obviously teeth are very important. I paid for services up front to the tune of 1400+$ They double booked me for today to have an extraction and a flipper made. I was told it would be done today, so this morning they extracted the bad tooth, and said come back at 4:30 to get your flipper. I showed up and called and waited in the parking lot under the impression I would be seen as anticipated, only to wait until it was my turn to be called in and told they forgot to turn in the mold, so i drove back up an hour for nothing etc. then asked if i could come back tomorrow and get it instead. The whole time I'm wondering... why nobody had the common sense or professionalism to as much as call me and say "Hey this is what's up" that's all someone had to do. seriously folks. I couldn't make this up. Once they got your Money your on the back burner and can get served at their convenience, not yours. That's how I left this afternoon feeling while I still have a Huge gaping hole in the very front of my mouth. Now I get to wait a week so my money can be refunded. Bet if I get jerked around anymore my next call is a law office. Take it from me folks don't waste your time. spend your money at your local dentist office not this corporation.
