Office staff was welcoming. Was brought to the back quickly. I like the dentist i saw Dr Mckee. Didn't feel pressured to make appt for dental work. I will make the appt need to check work schedule 1st. Office was helpful in making sure I will get the work I need at the lowest possible cost to me. Pleasant overall experience. Felt listened to and not lied to.

The team at Aspen Dental is awesome! Hannah took my x rays which I don't enjoy doing but she was super quick, caring and smart. The office guys are friendly and SherylAnne is hilarious. I'm actually excited to go back. Thanks guys!

Amazing care . Had a filling replaced. I was so nervous about getting numbed but the dentist first applied numbing gel he uses on kids as if it was standard procedure. I didn't even feel the needle! The single filling took 15 minutes after I was numb. This office is welcoming, efficient, and knows what they are doing. The TV's at every exam table are a nice touch in helping you to relax beforehand too.

I arrived at my scheduled time and signed in. The receptionist never looked at the sign in sheet. I waited 45 minutes before a manager came out to ask if he could help me. I had a porcelain veneer that had come off and I wanted it recemented. The dental assistant wanted to give me a whole series of full mouth xrays! I told her I was only looking to have my veneer reglued. I'm guessing this is policy to add an initial visit evaluation to the costs. On the plus side, when I finally got to see an actual dentist he was professional and competent. He glued my veneer back on. The price tag was a bit high ....$200! Would I go there again? Absolutely not....

The new Dr. Kaur they have is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about dentistry. She listened to me very carefully and provided all the options that were never offered to me before. I’m very grateful to have her as my dentist.

Refuses to schedule a cleaning with new patient exam. Wants you to come in two separate times. Says they need to “diagnose” you first to see what kind of a cleaning you need. All a bunch a BS simply to inconvenience you because they’re anxious to bill your insurance for the exam and don’t care about your time. Maybe they’re used to treating meth heads that haven’t been to the dentist since kindergarten. Don’t go here.

A crown on my front tooth was recommended. I figured they would do good work considering how many good reviews they got.

Well the temporary crown they gave me was awful looking. You could see the yellow glue through the crown. I also noticed the dentist filled down some of the adjacent tooth as well, changing the shape of it.

After spending three weeks with the worst looking temp I've ever seen, I finally got my permanent crown. It's quite a bit larger than my original tooth, it's more yellow that the surrounding teeth, and the seam at the top is obvious. From far away it looks OK, but up close and in pictures it's obvious.

When I asked them about the obvious seam and how it's a different shape, she said "they usually do both front teeth so they look the same. They didn't offer that for you?" I guess I was under the impression that the crown would be a replica of my original tooth, not a bigger, more yellow, obvious cap.

I paid a lot of money out of pocket for this and I don't think it's absurd to expect good work. When I voiced my concerns they seemed to brush me off. I can't even smile without feeling self conscious.

Despite a long, long wait on my initial visit (due to staff shortage) once they took me back it went pretty fast. Everyone was super friendly and happy even though I'm sure they were working their tails off fast as they could. Loved all the support staff and Dr. McKee.

DO NOT GO HERE for dental night guard, they will charge $600+. When you can get it for less then half that at other professionals. The company has no decency to help THIER LOYAL CUSTOMERS to get a new one when something happens to it. WHY ISNT THERE AN INSURANCE OPTION?!? RIP OFF!!!! The company should help their customers with this when the customers have to pay $600+ for a piece of plastic!!!!!!!

Update: I called the number commented below, customer care acted like they wanted to fix the solution but when connected with regional manger they ignore you for over a month, answer when on a 3 way call with customer care after over a month but then pawn off the issue on another regional manger when I was told by customer care THIS retinal manger would take care of it. Not impressed that I am being sent to talk to many different people to not get a solution to my original problem. Still a -1 star review .
