Aspen Dental

My family and I recently moved back home to Medford from Nevada. We had not set up dental care for our family yet because we were waiting for our new insurance to kick in. Well as luck would have it I ended up getting a severely infected tooth. I called Aspen Dental explained my situation and that I was in a lot of pain and they got me in ASAP.

I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello by the ladies at the front desk as soon as i walked in the doors. In less than 20 minutes I was taken into the back and given my x-rays and immediately placed into a room. I had my little girl with me and everyone was so kind and sweet to my little girl. I feel that they went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter was comfortable and that I was comfortable. My daughter was scared because Mommy was in pain and she was worried that I was not going to be okay. LOL the staff including the doctor did everything they could to insure my daughter that I would be okay. I was amazed at how loving and caring they were to my little girl and how much they genuinely cared that she was upset.
The dentist and his assistant were very kind and very gentle. I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past and they made sure that I was extremely comfortable with this experience.
I would definitely recommend Aspen to anyone who wants a dental office who genuinely cares about their patients and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and to ensure you get the best care possible.
I almost forgot to mention that a minor mistake was made on my prescriptions and as soon as the office was made aware of it the issue was corrected immediately. They even went as far as calling me to let me know that the problem was corrected in my prescriptions were being filled. I genuinely could not ask for a better dental office or staff to take care of my family dental needs.

Thank you to everyone at Aspen Dental for being amazing and caring people to my little girl and I. It truly meant alot to me.

I was extremely please with Aspen and I will most likely to ahead with their treatment plan. I am handicapped and the whole staff, Hannah, Carson and the man at the front desk all helped me. Carson even walked me out to my car. They were terrific. Very nice modern and clean environment with top notch equipment.

From the first time I went in for exam and x-rays until after getting my temporary dentures, I was greeted and treated like a friend. All the ladies and both doctors are very nice and relaxing. treat you like a friend, not a number. Will refer others here as well. Thank you again to everyone there... Pat

Great service on short notice. Excellent billing experience and I felt engaged and part of the process. Staff took extra time to ensure my needs were met.

My husband had a tooth extracted and the service was very good , there wasn't a long wait nor were they rude in any way. They accepted his insurance , took care of his pain the same day ! This is our new dentist office.

I have been experiencing dental care who seemed to focus on profit over dental care. The office would get you in for basic cleaning than bill you for a treatment which I had not agreed to pay for or to be completed.Aspen dental communicated the plan, the options and the cost before any work is completed or scheduled.

When I went in everyone was very helpful and nice even though I was late for my first appointment. They did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and when I left I was crying because they found a way for me to get upper dentures that was very affordable. I have been needing dentures for over 10 years. Thank you Medford Oregon Aspen Dental. Everyone there was positive, and happy, and now so am I. Thank you so much.

I had my very first appointment here last week, when I had all of my remaining lower teeth pulled because they were broken and sharp and painful. They got me in right on time and every single person working there was friendly and helpful. They accepted my insurance, so I paid very little out of pocket. The dentist was a really petite lady and I wondered if she would be strong enough to pull teeth. No worries! She must work out, lol.
I experienced minimal pain, post-procedure and my gums are healing nicely. I definitely plan to return in a few months, once my mouth is ready, to have a new lower denture made. I am an over the road truck driver, so I have my choice of pretty much any dentist in the US, and after my initial experience, this office is my pick for a regular dentist, going forward. Absolutely 5 stars, well earned. Thanks, guys, I appreciate you!!

Every one of the staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable which is a big feat with my dentist anxiety. Even later in the day my visit transitioned quickly and smoothly with very little delay. With staff like this office I’m not as anxiety ridden to return and take care of my mouth!

My actual rating would be -5. My experience at Aspen Dental was absolutely horrible. From the Office Manager to the Dentist. This office on Riverside Drive in Medford is a money making scam. SENIOR CITIZENS BEWARE.
Thanks to the Office Manager Bill Belfield and the "so-called" Dentist, Dr. Song. They took advantage of me. My upper front teeth were extracted and the temporary denture is defective.
The actual name of this office should be "The Scariest Movie EVER."
