These people are very rude.they advertise you will be treated with the compassion and respect you deserve. It could not be further from the truth. I saw man come in (it was a Tuesday) asking to be seen to have a sharp spot on his denture. The lady barked at him that his appointment is on Thursday the following week. For myself. I was in to pick up my denture. It would not fit in my mouth. The crazy doctor tried to shove it into my gums. I tried, really. I wanted my dentures. After several attempts and my gums now raw, I asked if my teeth may have been put into the wrong gum mold. That just lit the fireworks. I was kicked out and told to get a another dentist. This was at the new Wilkes-Barre office.

I like the people that work there they are great. I don’t care for the new dentist she is not conferable pulling teeth, she is going to coast me more money because I have to see a oral surgeon. I like Dr Lutze a lot better

This makes the third time going and getting a tooth replaced... It's getting rediculis.They over charged me for the dentures to being with, now I'm going back and forth to get teeth replaced....

I had an appointment and waited an hour to get in for my visit. Another customer has been waiting and wanted a refund. Others had to reschedule their appointments because of the time they waited as well. I had to go back and forth between Wilkes Barre and Hazleton for the doctor to even fill out paperwork I needed for a job.

The staff was courteous and professional. The hot me in quick for a cleaning, exam, and to get impressions for a new partial. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Hazleton, PA.

An absolute nightmare!!! Went in to get a filling and the assistant told me that they would NOT fill my tooth unless I got a cleaning.....$1400 later they filled my tooth and I have had nothing but problems with it since....a year later... They are the worst in dental practice I have EVER seen...never never never recommend!! You are much better off going to a "real" dentist that takes their time with you and doesn't pressure you into a $1400 filling - swear to God just a filling....
