Aspen Dental

I’ve been going here for about one/one and half years. The first couple visits were fine. Within the past month I have had 4 appointments now. The first two being canceled up to a day before and today went in for my rescheduled 3rd appointment and they claimed they had called to cancel (which they did not). I am on appointment 4 now. I think the way they handled this is very unprofessional on their behalf.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service.

They seemed nice, but I feel misled by them. I specifically asked for Saturday appointments because of my work. I was seen on a Saturday for my initial appointment where they do xrays and check up and give you an estimate, but when I wanted to come in for my cleaning I was informed that they do not do cleanings on Saturdays. So now I'm in same spot as before I have to take off work to get my cleaning at this dentist. Why didn't anyone say that before I went there and I asked if they do Saturdays appointments. I'm going keep looking for right dentist that can take care of me on my day off.

Every visit at Aspen is a great experience! The staff is friendly and professional and the front desk is also awesome. The offices are clean and you never have to wait long to be seen. They really care about their patients. I would recommend them to anyone!

Very nice people! Great cleaning! And great facilities! I had gotten stuck at a railroad crossing on my way to my appointment, and was maybe 6 minutes late for my appointment. I was told that the hygienist was "walking out the door" because I was late and didn't call. I apologized and promised to call if I was going to be late again, but I thought it was funny that if I was 10 minutes late the hygenist would have left for the day already. And she was obviously annoyed that I was late.

Everyone was super great! Staff is friendly and super helpful, but I had to wait 1 month to see an oral surgeon. I had to go over a whole month with an awful toothache, but I had already paid in full for surgery. Just had the surgery, quick and easy. I was In and out! But no follow up appointment was made?

The staff is very friendly!!! Has lots of appointment openings to work around your schedule. Wait times are average. Always answers my insurance/ payment questions. Have been going for years, take my kids too.

Employees are very friendly but Aspen is NOT affordable. I have good dental insurance but was quoted an insane amount for wisdome teeth extractions. My only option given to pay was half to schedule the appointment and half after the appointment. I will not be going there for my wisdom teeth extractions.

Avoid this place. I was having pain in one of my teeth and a couple were slightly loose so I called them and made an appointment was told they take my insurance. One day before my appointment they called to confirm my appointment and told me they don't take my insurance so I said I'd still like to come in for the free exam and xrays because I was thinking if I have to I'll pay cash. They then told me if I come in that there would be an $80 charge. Seems strange to me so I searched online reviews and found out they have a one star rating on consumer affairs dot com with hundreds of bad reviews for everything from overcharging, charging for work they didn't do, to making people's teeth worse than they were. Avoid this place they are out to rip people off.

Excellent service. Everyone was very thorough and professional. They scheduled my appointment on very short notice and took care of all my issues and my teeth look and feel so much better!
