Zero stars wait so long to get in. Then you sit in the chair for 30 mins before someone comes in then they say the appointment has taken to long so you have to come back. You make appointment, then they call you next day and say, "oh sorry we have to change it 6 more weeks out". Also if you watch the mechanics of the office you will understand why they charge so much. I almost forgot. They say it's free initial appointment with xrays however, if you have insurance it gets billed and it goes against your yearly dental allowance.
You always get a different dentist and if you hear the word "we gotta cap that " don't be surprised.

Very friendly staff. They actually remember me by name even though I've only been going there for about a year now. I have a jacked up grill, so I've gotten a lot done by them in a short amount of time. They are very good and professional. No complaints yet and I love complaining

I went in with a broken tooth and no dentist. I have had the same dentist for 40 years and he retired so all this was very new to me. The staff and dentist were extremely professional, and kept me calm with thier happy attitudes and friendliness. I had a thorough exam by the hygienist, the dentist, and had x-rays. After that they gave suggestions to everything that can make my smile better. No one ever suggested anything like this before, they fixed it all. I was thrilled! After years with missing teeth here and there, they suggested a partial and I just finished the one side. I am extremely happy! And can smile without hesitation! What was even better, was the fact that I don't have insurance, and they made it easy with financing, and small payments monthly!

I loooove this dentist office. especially the customer service. everyone here is so nice. especially zaya at the front desk. she’s the sweetest, i love her soul. but i recently had my wisdom teeth removed here & the experience wasn’t so bad like everyone says it is. the doctors did everything right & they love their patients. this my fav dentist outta all my other experiences for a fact.

First of all. Yesterday April 2 2019 the girl that did the x ray treated my mouth like if she was playing with a fake mouth that can’t feel. I got hurt several time when she was doing the x ray exam. The other staff where nice. What I don’t like is that instead of telling me number on how much what would cost anything they will be treated me. Instead by the check out they told me that I need to pay $600 for the X-ray exam and plus for the cleaning and surgery for a removal teeth. April 3 went for my cleaning then I asked the lady to cancel my surgery and it frío from $600 to $300 and I was like what. What in the world they are charging me. For the cleaning. Wow how much the cleaning cost then. But nop is that instead they gave me a oral b toothbrush which they should first consult me how much that will cost instead they just gave it to me. When I search the price for that no wonder I still have to pay $300. Because the toothbrush cost $130 which I did not ask for and I’m so disappointed because they pretend that I am a bank that I have amor of money. Now I have to pay something that I didn’t asked for and the small amount of money I have. I have to squeeze my pocket to pay the $600 because the surgery haven’t being canceled

All they care about is money. They waste your time, mess up appointments. Would never recommend. Place is horrible! Tech laughed at my X-ray cause I needed a root canal and fillings made so feel very uncomfortable. Paid for services up front and never had them done. Then they charged my insurance on top of me having already paid in full, never saw a penny back of my money. Awful, just awful

DO NOT GO HERE!! We had an awful experience. My husband admittedly has not been to a dentist in over 5 years. We came to Aspen Dental not only to get him caught up on his cleanings, but also to address a bad tooth that has been hurting him for some time. After waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes past his scheduled appointment time my husband was finally taken to the back. They took his X-rays and poked and prodded and came back to us with a $2,000 estimate for a "deep cleaning". They didn't even want to talk to him about the tooth which was the real reason that he went in the first place. When I later called to find out what a "deep cleaning" could possibly entail that would come to $2,000, I was told about a wonderful $130.00 toothbrush that we would receive and that she would have to check with the doctor to get more specific details of the work that would need to be completed. At that point, I told the receptionist to not waste her time on that task as we would not be coming back!! What a bunch of rip-off artists! I wish I could give negative stars!

Showed up for an 8am appointment that I had to wait over a month to get because I was having pain and sensitivity. The got me in at 8:20 (why the wait?) and the dentist finally came to check me. She said a cavity was starting and said they will arrange to take care of it. I sat another half hours thinking they would take care of it now but no. They take me to the desk to schedule another appointment. Why wait? What bothered me is the girl said they can put me in later today! What?? I'm already there and waiting so long. Cost isn't not accomodating. I'd be better off with no insurance apparently. I am not returning because my time isn't valued.

I waited over a hour to be seen then they took every x ray they could I waited 30 min and then the dr came in looked in my mouth and said you need all this work done i told him about the abscessed tooth I have and at the end no meds no plan to fix it just a consultation to have all this work done almost 10,000 dollars work and im still in pain now I need to go to see a real dentist to get this abscessed tooth fixed . waste of my time... I would never return to that location.

I came in needing an urgent treatment for tooth pain. I did not have an appointment, but the staff were extremely courteous and managed to fit me in their (busy) schedule.
Following the wait, I had some examinations done and then proceeded to meet the dentist--a jovial guy who let me know exactly how bad my tooth abscess was. The initial root canal procedure was done promptly and the entire staff was extremely helpful throughout the process. I only had to come back once more to finish things.
Definitely recommend this place if you need help around the Hazleton area!
