Aspen Dental

Aspen was great! I had gone to another dentist who did not fix an issue but made my tooth look horrible. Aspen was able to get me in same day and did more then expected. They not only fixed the other dentist mistake but went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and able to leave with a smile.

I had gone here twice before and had awful experiences. In July 2020 I tried again because of insurance reasons. I was told of a new dentist and staff there. They were fantastic! Dr. Lutz, Melissa and the rest of the staff did everything they could to help. Recently Dr. Lutz left and now Dr. Mengal (not sure about spelling) is there and he’s just as amazing. No real wait time. Melissa helped me with my insurance, Jahavhi(again, spelling) and the new assistant I had today are very informative with any questions. I had a lot of work done and still some to do. I was frustrated with my insurance but the staff is such a big help. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you all so much!

As a first time patient, I am really satisfied with aspen dental. Dr. Niv is amazing. The staff are awesome. They are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Niv treats you as a person and is very friendly. She takes the time to answer all your questions. I had a tooth pulled for the first time and she was really awesome about the whole experience. Thank you aspen dental. You took me in to help me unlike other dentists for first time patients that wanted to do a cleaning first before taking care of my actual problem. I was in so much pain. I'll be going to aspen dental for now on.

I scheduled an appointment to have a tooth extracted since they had a sale for "simple extractions." I knew they didn't take my insurance but the only place that does was an hour and a half drive, one way, so I figured I'd pay the $100 out of pocket and stay local instead of wasting a while day driving to the other place. The people were nice and the visit was quick and pleasant but they told me my extraction wouldn't be "simple" because it was a molar and would be $360 with their oral surgeon. I figure a lot of extractions aren't "simple" so no one ever gets the "sale" price. But for that price I'll waste a day driving. Thanks anyway...

I removed a star because they told me they were going to call in some antibiotics for my infected tooth and I assume because I didn't schedule a 2nd appointment they never called it in. So my infection was only important to them because they thought I was going to pay them over $300.

I had a great experience. I have always been afraid of the dentist. I had to have 10 teeth pulled in one sitting I was beyond nervous. Dr. Julian Lutz was fantastic! He pulled all 10 teeth talking to me thru the whole procedure. He was very calming and put me at ease. I had this done yesterday morning and still am completely pain free

Went to the Hazleton office after a years long run with a sub-par dentist. I cannot begin to express how satisfied I was from the moment I walked through the door. I was a walk-in with a broken smile-line tooth. Everyone....and I mean everyone showed stellar professionalism and friendliness beyond my expectations. The women at the front desk, the x-ray tech, the dental hygienist, the billing woman, the woman who took my impressions, the on-site lab guy, the assistant present in the room during my wax impression, and the Dentist, Dr. Lutz could not have been more accommodating. They pushed for the wax impression to be completed to avoid me waiting another day....and it was at the very end of their day. I am so happy for Aspen Dental. It is Monday and I will be receiving my partial on Wednesday morning. They all deserve some kind of bonus. Aspen is lucky to have this staff representing their name!

It's been 7 years since I've been to the Dentist and this staff couldn't have made me feel any better than I expected especially with the load of dental work I was to expect. The x rays (18 of them) was quick and painless. The staff was attentive and caring to my treatments. The doctor did excellent worn on my teeth. The assistants kept me relaxed while the doctor worked and to conclude on a tiring barrage of appointments the front desk was very helpful with the explanations of my treatments and payment options. Great and very satisfying dental appointments.

Aspen dental is all about money. They give you services not needed just to make money. Do yourself a favor and find a small family dentist, you will get better care. I will never be back to Aspen dental after my last visit.

I am one of those people who have a fear of dentists and therefore haven't been to see one in many years. I finally got to the point where I couldn't stand my tooth pain any longer so I made an appointment with Aspen Dental in Hazleton Pa...they treated me with respect and kindness. If my last experience with a dentist would have been as pleasant as mine was with Aspen Dental, I wouldn't have suffered in fear for so long. Thank you Aspen Dental!

I have been coming here to Aspen Dental for the past 5 years. Everyone has always been kind, friendly, and dependable. Whenever I had an emergency, they always somehow fit me in asap, never the runaround You wont find that at any other dentist in the area. Trust me, I dont give out 5 stars to just anyone!!
