Aspen Dental on the Airport Rd in Hazleton Pa deserves a Five Star review because they made my 1st appointment within two days and they completed a serious dental procedure the same day. Every staff member was/is professional and kind. I would and will recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who is looking for a dentist!

Having a dental emergency was a complete nightmare. The staff were so reassuring, I wish I had asked names but my first tech the woman who took me for x-rays .. she was such a comfort. I can not say enough wonderful things about her. The Dr was great as well. Thank you all for giving me comfort and piece of mind that I can talk without being humiliated by the broken tooth.

Had a infected tooth and was in severe pain. Unfortunately my dental insurance did not go into affect for several days but pain was unbearable. I seen online they did a free exam and xray. I was more then willing to pay out of pocket if tooth extraction was needed (online rate was around 170 I believe. I arrive there and instead of fixing the tooth that was infected I received a paper of 12,000 dollars of unnecessary work they feel needed to be done. When I asked about the tooth that had been bothering me they said I can have it pulled but their surgeon only comes once a month and I would not be able to have it pulled for another 3 and half weeks. And the charge would be 350( not what is posted online) When asked about the pain in meantime was told I don't need anything. Not even a antibiotic. I drove 45 minutes to go here because of prices they advertise online. Immediately after going there I called another dentist. Got a appointment that day and yes I had to paid for the visit. The dentist I went to on same day Immediately after going here prescribed me a antibiotic and something minor for pain. A extraction is scheduled for after infection clears up. This place was a waste of gas money and time. They did absolutely nothing for a infected tooth and sent me on my way. The rated they advertise online are not accurate or its one of those read the small print type of things. Staff was friendly just disappointed they did not resolve my issue and were more concerned about procedures and money they can make off of me in the future.

These guys a pros went right in with a very sore tooth they pulled it out for me .They explained the x-rays to me .I'm just glad to get rid of the pain I called last night and got a appointment for this morning. If your hurting just Google emergency dental and if they coke up they will take you .trouble is they don't take government or state insurance. But this company is very thorough. I called on a Friday after 2 pm and they originally set up An appointment for Tuesday but then called me back not even five minutes later and said the office manager said I could come in now since I was in so much pain . I went in , was called within 10 minutes of arriving and was taken right back for X-rays , the office manager Ryan was so attentive as well as the doctor and other staff members , while the doctor was working on Ryan actually held my hand because I was so nervous and upset . They were all amazing and I would definitely recommend them moving forward ! Ryan was so nice and sweet and just the very best . I wish I remembered the doctors name because he was great too !

Everyone from the Hazleton Aspen Dental was very professional, friendly and courteous. They made you feel comfortable.

I went to the Hazleton Office today as I had a crown that popped off. They have a new dentist since my last visit and I am so glad. Dr. Mike is so friendly and personable it made my time there so good. He fixed my crown, and yes I was past due for a cleaning, so they did that as well. I hope Dr. Mike is there for a long time. Also a big thanks to Emily. I discovered I had dental insurance that I didn’t know I had. That was a huge blessing. she took the time to call the insurance company and jump through their hoops in order to find out my insurance was indeed still valid. To be honest, the former Dentist just wasn’t very personable and friendly. I’m thankful for the change. The hygienist was also very good and did a great job cleaning my teeth with very little if any discomfort. Thanks Aspen Dental Hazleton.
