What a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door. A very clean place, employees were happy and made me feel welcomed. Did not wait long to be taken back and see the dentist. The dentist and staff in the back were also very pleasant and treated me nicely. Could not have been any better,

Words cannot describe how I feel about Aspen Dental. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful! They are kind, caring, hard workers who do the very best they can for each and every client. I went to them for the first time today, and my anxieties went out the window. From the receptionist, to the hygienist, dentist and operations manager I got the help I needed and superb care. They are caring and patient, giving many options for services and payments. I am truly grateful; this is the best place to go for Dental care. Thank you thank you to the entire staff at Aspen Dental!!!

Total waste of time. Took them a month and 4 visits before I got my lower denture. Then eventually had to go back 5 more times for adjustments and I still can’t wear them. I never had this kind of trouble getting teeth made. Not happy with aspen dental at all.

Update: I called the number listed below to come up with a resolution. I expressed my concerns to them and was told they would call me back.
Two weeks later I called that number again asking for a follow-up since no one reached back out to me. Their solution was to provide a 25% discount off my next cleaning and completely dismissed the fact their staff informed me they would perform a cleaning that same day (when I had insurance) as well as the fact I lost an entire days wage due to this. Even though the regional manager admitted the calls were recorded, she conveniently didnt have the time to go back and review them. I was told by the regional manager to either accept the 25% off or go someplace else. Due to this significantly delay in response, the insurance from my previous job has lapsed and my new job does not offer dental. I 100% do not recommend wasting your time coming here. They have zero respect for their patients time.

I wouldnt recommend them. The only positive for this place, the staff was friendly. I made an appointment online stating I needed a cleaning and filled out the paperwork. Dont waste your time doing that, staff will still call you for the information you submitted online. Annoying, but fine. I received 3 or 4 phone calls asking about my insurance. I gave them the information each time over the phone. I told them I just really wanted a cleaning; my normal dentist was backed up until the end of November. I was due for a cleaning at the end of February but that was cancelled due to COVID. I told each one of the representatives on the phone I just wanted a cleaning but they said they had to take xrays and see the dentist. Fine. Only one of them said that a cleaning might not happen the same day. I told her to cancel my appointment if they cant do the cleaning because I started a new job and cant afford to lose two days a pay just for a cleaning. I get there and it takes over an hour for the xrays, see the dentist, and the hygienist. However, the hygienist was double booked and didnt have time to clean my teeth. she just looked at them and told me they needed to be cleaned (which is exactly why I made the appointment...). I lost a whole days pay and pay for copays for services I didnt want but was told I needed to do if I wanted my teeth cleaned per their internal policy. SO unless you have a flexible job or have the luxury to afford missing two days of work for a simple cleaning, avoid this place. They will lie to get you in the door; they dont care about your time as long as they get their money.

I had to get all of my upper teeth extracted and then a full upper plate. I was happy with my teeth when I finally got them, but I had to go back several times to get them right. I bought the comfy lites the most expensive ones and I keep having a problem with my teeth popping off. This is ridiculous to say the least. They made another set saying that it was the way the old tech made them but even with my new set they’re still popping off. Needless to say that I’m not happy with this whole experience!!! The staff is very friendly. I think your materials are not the best quality if this keeps happening. How does the money back guarantee work???

Terrible service, rude staff, most of them without masks, if you call 3 times trying to schedule an appointment, they give you 3 different estimates for the same procedure, they don't accept payments through the phone (you have to travel an hour to make a payment a week before, come on!), told you that you dont have any appointment even when the day before they said you have the spot. Nobody knows nothing regarding coverage, appointment etc. They look like they dont like their jobs, specifically the one that takes the X rays, the dentist too (women), just spent like 5 min after 1hr of waiting and don't even let me ask a question. The girls that answer the phone (one is sarcastic and the another one is rude and never give you the right information), the only person that have customer service skills is the guy that check you out. This used to be a good place in 2016, I decided to go back and it was a terrible experience. After failure calls, I Found another provider that work with my insurance and it was a difference from sky to earth in price, service and health protocols.

I am writing this review not because of the service I got a bad tooth pulled the same day when I could not even get an appointment everybody cut their hrs.or were over booked.I am writing this review because I was quoted the price I paid that 2 weeks later I get a bill for more I would have been happy to pay that extra at the time I got the tooth pull but now I feel its an added charge for I have no idea so if u go to any of their offices make sure when the quote u a price that's the full amount and no more charges everyone is out to make alittle extra I will pay it but I will file a dispute with the card co I used to pay on the quoted bill so tell everyone beware of what aspen dental is doing concerned other options.they cost themselves a much higher rating and a great review.to bad.
