I was in need of a second opinion so I made an apt. with Dr.Word. He was thorough, honest, kind, and took time to explain his findings. Therefore I didn't even need to think about making the switch to Seneca family dentistry. His staff is top notch..... Friendly, caring and efficient. The office is beautiful which made for a very pleasant experience.

I have dreaded going to the dentist for years, and using Park Place Dentistry was the best choice I could've made for going back to the dentist.
The front staff consists of the nicest people I've ever met - they are excited to see you, remember you and provide prompt service. It really makes a difference. All of the staff has been welcoming and easy to work with.
I still don't love going to the dentist (haha), but I don't dread it when I have to go to Park Place - they make me feel comfortable, give me options and I will recommend them to everyone.

This is a great dental office! The staff is friendly and efficient. The hygienists are thorough and make getting a cleaning as comfortable as possible. The dentist is also top notch! Definitely recommend this dental office!!

I had a great experience today at Seneca Family Dentistry with Dr. Johnson. There was decay under a bridge in the back of my mouth. Any previous work I have had done on this bridge has been hard to numb and painful. Dr. Johnson did a great job. The procedure was quick and painless!

Very friendly staff and Dr. Word is great! Also communicates well with the specialty dentists in the area. Dental hygienist Pam is so gentle and is such a pleasure to be around. Our entire family are patients here.
They are also available for dentures, bridges, partials, etc. They are a little more expensive than Affordable Dentures, however the patient care and honesty you get with Dr. Word and staff is makes the difference.
