The staff was beyond AMAZING! Everyone was super friendly, welcoming and so sweet! I had Dr.Johnson and he was fantastic! He made sure I was comfortable which was great because I was really nervous. He also made sure I understood everything that was being done and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. Best of all the staff never pressures you to get procedures you don’t want to do or that might be out of your budget. They make sure to show you what’s gonna be done and what it’s gonna cost and they help you come up with a plan that fits you and you’re budget! The building is also beautiful and has the latest state of the art equipment!! Definitely would recommend this to everyone!!! I would give them 100 stars if I could!

It’s always a pleasure when I visit Seneca Family Dentistry. They provide prompt, professional and courteous service to their patients. Dr Word is AWESOME….he has an excellent personality and makes sure you are comfortable during any procedure that’s being performed and also informative. The hygienist “Sarah” was also great! My hopes were up at the beginning with this place. At first they want to “make sure” with positive reassurance you don’t go past the spending limit from the insurance so they scheduled me to get all of these services done to get stuck at the end of the services with a $100 bill with big fat writing on it saying “Maxed out limit from insurance” I wanted to get one service done only what I needed to avoid this. I trusted them but they over spent my limit and now Im stuck with a bill.
