Very professional state of the art dental group! I was impressed with everyone. They are very friendly, welcoming and organized. The check-in process was seamless and there was no wait. The hygienist was one of the best, most professional, thorough hygienist I have ever been to. Dr. Johnson was very good. He took the time to answer my questions and explain the new technology with crowns. The dental equipment is state of the art with new technology. They are awesome!

Always a great experience when visiting Seneca Family Dentistry. Dr Work provides top quality care and I can honestly say that this is a Happy Office. His employees love working for him.

I recently had a crown fall out. I called Seneca Family Dentistry and even though I was a relatively new patient (having only seen them once for a cleaning), they quickly scheduled me for the following week, then called me back two days later when they had a cancellation. I was seen by Dr Word and given a thorough explanation of the problem and possible treatment plans. I was very impressed by all the staff and the standard of care. I would highly recommend Seneca Family Dentistry to anyone looking for dental care.

My husband and I moved to Salem from the DC metro area in December 2020. We absolutely love this area, but I was nervous about finding a new dentist because I have seen the same dentist for over 32 years! I asked around and my new friend Kim Jones enthusiasticly recommended Dr. Word. I have to say from the moment I called to schedule thru my appointment today I was wowed! The staff is so so nice, the office is beautiful and comfortable. They explain every step of what they do while making you feel like family; asking about you personally as well as understanding your dental history and needs.

I was beyond impressed with every step. I honestly love the feeling immediately after having my teeth cleaned professionally. But I’ve never experienced such a thorough cleaning. I’m super excited to continue my relationship with Dr. Word and staff.

Very professional staff. Everyone was very pleasant. Betty did a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Word looked over my X-Rays and discussed the results with me.

This was my first visit as a new patient. I found the office and staff to be exceptional in their approach to my dental care. The moment I walked into to the office Renee took my insurance information and started the process of determining my coverage. She asked me pertinent questions and made several calls to my insurance providers. My dental hygienist Sarah did a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth. She explained each procedure and encouraged questions and provided complete answers to all my questions. She was very kind and patient with my request for breaks as she cleaned my teeth. Upon completion of my cleaning Dr Johnson came in to do an evaluation of my dental health. He pointed out relevant concerns and explained the process and procedures necessary to resolve my dental issues. He even provided several options to future treatments to resolve my issues. We agreed upon a treatment plan with some open options for future treatments. When I checked out Ellen worked with me to set up a future date to start the implementation of my treatment plan. Overall, I was extremely pleased with this dental group.

Staff there very professional very friendly I even receive a warm washcloth to clean my face my mouth after they work very well done.

So happy that Dr. Ward was able to repair the bridge. For ...now any way. Hope I don't have to see him for some time. Thanks again.
