New building same staff as my past visits. Dr. Word is awesome. I was in and out and in 20 mins! No wait no hassle. Had two teeth removed and it was done in a flash. Very very pleased. Keep up the good work doc!!!

Dr. Word and his Staff are awesome! New building along with some new faces made my return visit very welcoming and pleasant. It is always a lil nerve wrecking when you go to the dentist, but thanks to a familiar face, Heather, and the courteous/complimentary ladies upfront and the superior bed-side-manners from Dr. Word(what I have learned that good docs possess) made any inkling of nerves vanish. Great place. I copied and pasted the address from the email to make sure i went to the right place and it took me to the “family dentistry of Seneca” different place, might as well be same name. embarrassing, but that’s my only complaint nothing big :)

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Word for a few years now and he has become like family to us! One part of being a great dentist or doctor is developing relationships and a rapport with your patients. Dr. Word is the epitome of that! Not because he has to but because it’s just who he is naturally. I read a review recently that described how he stayed after hours to help a patient with a flat tire. I have no doubt that he would do that for any of his patients if they were ever in need. He is calm, gentle, and easy to talk to. The kind of dentist that would put you at ease if having to do any kind of procedure. Dr. Word and his staff recently moved into their new office building and let me just say, WOW! The office is absolutely beautiful! It is state of the art, and very accommodating for his patients. Stylish, yet comfortable! In closing, I simply cannot leave out his wonderful staff! Much like Dr. Word himself, they are like family! They know you and your family by name, and never hesitate to ask how everyone is doing. The dental hygienists there, Mrs. Sue and Pam, are second to none. They are excellent at what they do! Although some of the staff were new smiling faces, they fit right in and only add to the warm, friendly, inviting, and family- like atmosphere! Go give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!😁
