I usually see Dr. Word, and I have severe anxiety over dentist appointments. This morning I called right at 8:00AM for an emergency appointment, and was able to be seen by Dr. Word at 9:30AM. I ended up needing a procedure to remove bone fragments that had splintered off of my jaw, but had not worked through my gum. Thankfully, Dr. Word was able to do the procedure right away and made sure I felt no pain.
