Wonderful staff and Dr Work makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. I have always been extremely anxious when going to dentist but Dr Word made it a great experience!

The BEST DENTIST I’ve ever had in my life!

I have been thoroughly pleased with Dr. Word and everyone at his practice. They are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable, understand and are satisfied with any procedures. Dr. Word takes time to answer questions and offer options. I highly recommend him and his entire staff.

This was my first experience with having to have two crowns. Needless to say, I was nervous but all of the staff made me feel very comfortable. Special thanks to Dr. Phillips and her assistant Brea for taking such good care of me.

I usually have a positive experience but today began with my having to wait over my scheduled appointment time. That was followed by having a new employee conduct my cleaning, although she was very nice and professional. Sue had just been the one to clean my teeth for all the years I used their services. But the worst thing was I felt badgered and attacked to have X-rays. Sarah asked if she could do the X-ray and I answered no. Then she asked me to sign a refusal waiver which was fine but then the insurance clerk came to the room and tried to get me to have the X-rays followed by Dr Johnson, who told a story which lasted way too long. It was the same story he told me the last time ahe examined my teeth. Thinking this was it for the X-rays was then followed by the receptionist who took my money also continued to try to get me to agree to X-rays next time. I felt like this was a bit over the top.

Most of us hate going to the dentist, however Seneca family dentistry makes everything goes smoothly and with the least trauma possible 😊 I went with them awhile back, and yesterday had to take my son. The customer service is on point ! The professionalism is outstanding! And the place itself it’s clean, and cozy. Definitely recommend!

Was very impressed with my first appointment to fix a broken tooth. The technology Seneca Family Dentistry uses was by far considerably better than my previous dentist used. My temporary crown looks so great, I can only hope the finished crown looks just as good. Dr and assistant are first rate and I would highly recommend this office.

I’m a new patient. My very first visit was amazing. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment. I had zero wait time. I was greeted early and taken back to my room immediately. My dental hygienist, “Sue” was super nice and very gentle but thorough with my teeth. She explained step by step what she was doing and made me feel very much at ease. Dr. Johnson came in and was very nice. He examined my teeth and provided a plan for me. I have to say, the fee schedule was very doable fo me. I am so excited to finally find a great family of dentistry!!!
