Their office is very clean and well laid-out, and their staff is very friendly.
They worked with me and let me know exactly what needed to be done every step of the way, and let me know exactly how much my insurance would pay at each step so I could make the right choice for my needs.
Dr. Johnson is my dentist and is excellent. I'm very happy with the results I've gotten over the last few weeks, and am certain that I would not have had as good of a result from other dentists.

The ladies at the desk from the first day I walked in where so nice. They walked me through what they needed and would needed. Then the day of my visit the again where so kind. I found out day of visit I need more done than I knew. They went through that step by step what choices I have and all. They aren’t in my network but I needed this issue looked at. The staff is polite and capable. I feel welcome everytime. My Hygienist, Sarah, is so gentle, thorough, and knowledgeable. The 3 dentist's I've seen have been so compassionate towards me and my hangups over my negative past experiences from my youth. And that's saying a lot considering I'm 62 years old.

I had an excellent experience at Seneca Family Dentistry yesterday. We recently moved from Michigan to Westminster and needed to find a new dentist as it had been over 2 years since my last cleaning. SFD is just up the road from my work and I checked online to see if they accepted our insurance, which they did. I filled out a new patient form online (super easy) with a request for the soonest appointent. I was contacted just a few days later to let me know there had been a cancellation and would I like an appointment ? Upon entering the office, I was welcomed and offered a seat in the nicely decorated waiting area while the receptionist handled the call she was on. I didn't have to wait very long and they had all my forms and insurance information ready for my appointment. Betty had her work cut out as it had been 2 years since my last cleaning and I get major placque build-up! She took her time and was extremely thorough. In addition, I needed to get new x-rays, and a full new patient exam. Betty has an engaging personality and was very patient with my cleaning. My exam was the most comprehensive dental exam I have ever had. Dr. Word took his time to explain all that they found on my x-rays and the pictures they took. I have scheduled a follow-up appointment to take care of some cavities and replace a lost nighttime bite guard, plus my next 6 month cleaning. I am extremely pleased with the service I received . They presented me with my payment obligation prior to my visit, since insurance only takes care of a portion of the bill, and before I left, I knew what to expect on my next visit in regards to the cost. I would HIGHLY recommend Seneca Family Dentistry!
