It was my first visit to the dentist in years. Kristy was awesome and made me feel very welcomed and at home. Glad to have found such a great place.

They are very polite and nice to their clients. When I have questions, they give me very good answers. They are very helpful and care that you have the best dental hygiene possible.

Cheryl did an amazing job cleaning my teeth! Dr Hapney and the entire staff were so accommodating and thorough. So glad I made the decision to come here!

Best place in Greenville. Really clean, and all the workers tell you what’s going on in detail so you know what’s going on. Your never out of the loop, real calm and down to earth environment. Tight group of people.

I have been going here for years and just love it. I do not know of any other dentist that gives a complimentary hand paraffin treatment while you have your teeth cleaned. It is a spa and dentist in one.

Doctor rudasill is amazing and so friendly. One of the hygienists is amazing but I cannot remember her name. But this is my 4th time coming here and today was because I'm in awful pain with a tooth they previously told me needed a filling and they could do it. So I came in today at 10 am. Sat in the chair asked about financing options since my bill they were charging me for my whole mouth was going to be $3000. Today was $300 for 3 fillings & I was happy to pay that part cash. They sent a lady out to talk to me about financing & the diff companies they go through after finding out the interest rate was 26.99% I said ok I'm just going to get these fillings done today and then I'll come back and talk about financing after I talk to my fiancé about it. The lady kept pressuring me and pressuring me to let her run it because it only takes 4 mins. I kept saying no. So then she finally turns to the computer & tells me o have a balance of $357.....? I was like "I'm sorry for what?" She said what you have had done... I explained I only had a cleaning done and my insurance covers everything. Then the other office ladies and her miraculously cannot find the X-RAYS nor the File my previous dentist sent them 2 weeks ago that I had confirmed with 2 diff people at five forks dental they had received.... Oh & last time i came In I even asked a third time if they had it and they said yes !! So today they say they don't have them & the attachments wouldn't open when they got them....? But they had already confirmed they had them 3 diff times.... Hmm sounds fishy. I also haven't received an email or letter or phone about this mysterious $357 I owe... So now they are charging me for more X-rays? So I get mad I leave because they r obviously not organized & r more concerned with my $ over the pain I had come In for. They tell me to come back they will fix the pain. I come back get BACK In the chair Doctor Hapney (owner pf five forms dental) comes out and without apologizing or taking the fall for her employees or anything she says "so what's the problem?" I told her I just want to get my tooth fixed and get back to work because I'm in pain and that's all I need done. She insisted we talk about the previous problem first. I kept asking her to just fix my tooth. She finally laid me back and started poking.... She was very rough I told her it hurt she didn't care she kept doing it and told me it shouldn't hurt that bad that of its that bad she can't do anything ....? But the last 3 times I was there they told me they could do it??? I know this is long but it gets even better and I need everyone to know not to EVER trust this company or go there !!! Anyway, so then she sits me up she insists that we talk about what her office messed up. She made some smart comments and was very rude and kept making it seem like I was the one who messed up? She never NOT ONCE apologized for HER companies mistake nor ever made it right. She kept saying she wasn't goin. To please me and that she didn't feel anything they did was going to please me and I kept saying please just fix my tooth I'm on pain! I came here for this one reason please just help me with it and we can figure everything else out. That's when she started taking off her gloves and saying she couldn't help.... SHE REFUSED TO HELP A PATIENT IN NEED OF HER HELP!!!! All because her office made a mistake and she couldn't bite her pride and take the bullet for them and make tho ha right! I looked at her and said "you're really refusing to help me? After y'all have taken my money? My time? And asked me to come back today so y'all could help me with the pain....? And you're just going to refuse to help me and not take the fall for what your office messed up?" She told me she would be glad to refer me to another dentist but that our relationship was over? Lol as if we ever really had one!!!! And as if she even cares about her company or patients !!!! It makes me sick to my stomach that someone that prideful and arrogant and rude and just disgusting is in practice to "help" people! Do not go there !!!

Love this dental office. Everyone smiles, is kind, accommodating, and very understanding for those of us that have a little anxiety when having dental work. They are professional and do good work.
