Found them online looking for a good dentist that would also do surgery at the same place so I found them and got three gifts for first visit and TONS of discounts. Also complementary hand wax which was amazing. Lady I had was amazing and everyone was super friendly even over the phone. Found my new dentist.

Cheryl Brown was the dental hygienist for my 3 year olds first dentist appointment. She was amazing and walked him through every step allowing him to play with tools. I can not say enough good things about this entire office. They work with you and treat you like their number one priority.

SHOUT OUT to Five Forks Dental for its professional services and quality customer services. Not all dental offices are the same. This group of friendly professionals really exhibit quality customer service competencies. Specifically, I would like to comment on Maria Quintero customer service skills at the front desk. Thank you for helping me with a mistake made by me. She was always courteous, informative, and accommodating.
Most people do not like going to the dentist but this group makes you feel comfortable (you will be taken care of).

Dr. Hapney is terrific - as is her entire staff! Everyone is super friendly and always makes us feel welcomed and relaxed. My kids actually look forward to going to the Dentist!

My kids and I love Dr. Hapney and the team. They don't "specialize" in kids but you'd never know it by the way they calm kids and make cleaning easy. My 3 year old freaks out if we even mention haircut but he has no fear or anxiety about getting his teeth cleaned by Dr. Hapney's team.

I had fillings and whitening work done on my teeth done by Dr Hapney and assistant Abi Hall and had great results. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and did a thorough job cleaning and checking all of my teeth.They also offer Spa and Cool Sculpting services.I would definitely recommend Five Forks Dental.

The dentist has never been so relaxing! They make you feel comfortable every minute of your stay whether it's giving you a blanket if you're cold or giving a wax hand massage- al while cleaning your teeth!

We had MetLife, an insurance not widely accepted. I knew this and called many different dentist offices before calling five forks dental where I was told by front desk staff that they took this insurance and in fact have many patients with this insurance. I asked them to verify any payment I may have and this was not done either. They do not “take” nor are they “in network” with this or most insurances, but (as I learned today talking with their office manager) are in fact trained to tell people over the phone of how they participate with all insurances. I am in the medical field and as I stated earlier had called multiple different offices in town and was very openly told that they do not participate or were not in network with MetLife. At first I was going to blame staff training, but after my discussion today with the office manager I learned they are in fact trained to be deceitful in the hopes they will “wow” you with their services and you won’t care that your insurance does not pay for a large part of the bill. I am not interested in doing business with an office that has this sort of mentality and hope that you will not either.
