Have been going to aspen for about a year. Clean, pleasent office. The staff very nice and professional. I have had some communication misunderstandings that were resolved very quickly. I'm not an easy patient and they have happily taken good care of me. Thank you aspen.

Friday Apr 8, 2015.
I got my new permanent crown placed yesterday Apr 6 and 2 hrs later that afternoon it cracked in half, so I am not happy with Aspen Dental. I dont want to be paying for a crown that is broken and now I have to put out my time to replace this again. Before it was seated I held it and I commented that there was no metal in the crown. I thought then that was not right but nothing else was said so It was seated. I have to take time from work and make more appt and not to mention how much this is going to hurt to have this new permanent crown removed. I will continue to pay for services for now but I will have to be completely satisfied with a new crown. I am not happy with Aspen Dental the company. I am satisfied with the care the MD that treated me. They were very nice.
Also while I am talking I asked to have the anesthesia part of my bill removed or reduced because I did not recieve any numbing or anesthesia for any of the drilling parts. When talking to the finance person I was told that the anesthesia was free and was part of the whole process. FREE!! anesthesia is not free. I am a nurse and I work with many anesthesia MDs. So Therefore I still want a reduction of my bill. I will wait to hear from someone about all this. Sincerely Debbie Evans

Friendly staff. Full of non since. I went to this clinic in reference to a filling that had fallen out and few weeks before. No pain no infection not sensitive at all. Just annoying to eat when food is always Getting caught in the hole where they old filling was and had to pick at it every time I ate. I wanted to have it refilled for convenience. While in the clinic. Staff was friendly. The X-ray process was painful. The bracket used to bite down on for X-ray was heavy and hard to bite and the weight cause the inside part to gauge the roof of my mouth. Caused some minor cuts and bruising. I tolerated as I know the dentist office has never been anyone easy experience. After X-ray I was taken to my dental chair and pretty exam from hygienist. This went fine and normal. Next the main dentist also did a thorough exam. Of which to check the hole left from the filling that was missing. He poked. And scraped and poked more. Blew air. Sprayed water as to check for pain or sensativty. Of which there was none. I had been picking it for few weeks myself after eating. Just annoying and hard to keep clean. After this he decided to pick some more with a sharp Tool he poked down into my gum. I could feel the pressure but no pain or tenderness at all. I could tell with each poke he would use more force. Harder and harder as to create pain. Until yes. He poked a hole in my gum to reach the nerve and cause pain. After a visit in finance office and a 3500 dollar Estimated to replace the filling. I left with a migraine and a sore mouth. Of which none was nessacary to cause. All I wanted was a filling replaced. After a couple of days the X-ray gouges and the poked gum soreness was gone. It has been 3 weeks and All is fine except an annoying hole to clean. I would not recommend this clinic. nonsense to try and create a customer by creating a problem that didn't exist. I feel this was a way of causing pain to create such pain to cause me no choice but to need to do something that would cost so much. Pain causes desperate needed care for relief of which I had none. Before or after this visit even now. This has left me with no respect for this clinic. And no reason to recommend this clinic to anyone I know.

Aspen Dental is THE place to be if you need dental work. Kind Courteous and Very Professional. I am excited to get it all done. It will be quick compared to other dentist offices I have been to in the past.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Just check out complaints and lawsuits online against Aspen before you dare go there.

Staff is very friendly. Got me in at the same time as my husband even though my appt. was for 45 minutes later. Explained everything they were doing in plain english so that I understood.

I was so afraid to go to the dentist today but very quickly it was evident that I was going to be treated with kid gloves… thank you Dr. Nichols and staff…

Should be 0 stars.... showed up at my designated appt. time of 11am only to be told that my appt was at 1015. Showed them the EMAIL THEY SENT with my appt. being 11am and was told "corporate must have changed it" I told them I made this appt a week ago and I am still in pain. If this experience has taught me anything it's that they are not dentists but rather a bureaucratic corporation and patients are just another number. There is NO CARE in what they do. NEVER AGAIN.
