Great place they worked me in at last minute.
Found a good payment options for me.
They stade late just to make sure I was done.
They worked around my schedule.
They custom made my temporary crowns, because I wasnt happy with the pre-made ones.
They new I was scared of dentist and they all kept me calm they even offered to hold my hand lol
They took care of all my concerns and questions.
Their attention to detail is outstanding.
Their staff is friendly, funny and caring, they work as a team to help out each other even if its not their patient. I think this is a fantastic dentistry. ♡♡♡♡♡

DO NOT GO HERE! Unless of course you like to be over charged, misdiagnosed and treated like a number. I am shocked at the way they practice dentistry. I'd almost say the dentist may be fresh out of school??? Needless to say after 2 visits costing over $2,000 I found a new dentist who is amazing and knows what he's doing! Good luck if you do go to Aspen...good luck!

Please don’t spending ur money in aspen dental any locations , I waste my time in there . Especially Dr.Sprewell in Nashville makes all my teeth broken. I need u to be responsible for it . Bad bad bad service. And unfriendly people there . Don’t recommend at all .

My mother was in need of a root canal that was verified by her established dentist office. Her dentist was out on vacation. She called Aspen Dental in Dickson, explained the situation and the discussed her severe pain. They did schedule her a next day appointment, on a Saturday, for 8am. When she arrived they had cancelled her appointment and told her she could be rescheduled for NEXT Wednesday. She was told a new patient manager didn't show up and they couldn't do the procedure! Since when does a new patient manager perform the procedure? There were other patient's waiting... Somebody just didn't want to take the time do the procedure today! This was beyond poor customer service, poor scheduling whatever you want to call it. But, no one should be asked to live with dental pain over a weekend and into the following week for any reason! If you'll make a 70 yr old lady wait a week, after schdueling an appointment, there's no telling what other excuses this place has come up with!!! 👎👎👎

So unprofessional. Had me reschedule three times in one month. Paid in full at visit and got sent a bill twice since. Will never go to them again.

The staff were all super friendly. Worked quickly and efficiently. I liked the in and out of, this is what it is, let's fix it. I didn't feel hassled, or pressured to do work that didn't need to be done. Would definitely recommend.

I purchase a replacement tooth back in 2015 .When the doctor first place it in my mouth it felt very uncomfortable but he said he would make a adjustment and he did but still didn't feel right he said it might take a little getting use too so after going back and fourth the last three years it never got better. My next appointment would be 3-28-18 so I thought I would ask the doctor this time if we could just remove the tooth that the replacement fit on because according to him the replacement tooth was missing a rest that supports the tooth so I ask him if we could replace it and of course I was asking about cost he said that someone would talk to me about that turns out it would cost 576 dollars because insurance did not cover said it has to be five years before will cover again it's been three but what upsets me is the doctor told me I had three options all to much money I am on a tight budget and I understand about the payment options but way to many monthly payments now.All I wanted was that the replacement tooth either fixed or replace and it did not happen.One of the reasons I choose Aspen Dental back in 2013 you guys posted on your wall that Aspen would make up the difference if Aspen had under estimated the cost well that change later because I receive a bill where I had to pay the difference so not very happy with Aspen Dental .At this point far as the staff they all seem to be very professional but when I have work done I want to know up front what it's going to cost me do not like unexpected surprises coming in the mailbox.

Starting out it wasn't great but as I kept going month's later they was awesome first time experiencing oral surgeon. He was very good.

My experience with the Dickson Aspen Dental was wonderful! Everyone working there was kind, understanding, and greeted me with a smile. It had been years since I'd been to the dentist or had a cleaning, and I was afraid of getting judged and getting a lecture, but there was none of that. Will definitely be returning for all my dental needs! And bonus, it's very affordable too.

Really not pleased with aspen dental at all. I've spent over 7500.00 in dental work and non of my crowns are the same color as to match my teeth. ( each of them are a different color ) I am not happy with my partials And have never one time been asked if I was satisfied. Wish I would have given my money to a different dentist office! Everyone is nice until your service is done and paid for then it's like we will notify you when your next appointment is......
