Aspen Dental

Found it very bizarre you ARE REQUIRED to meet with office manager for first appointment to discuss financial payments, yet the cleaning I originally made appointment cannot happen on first visit. I wanted to get my teeth cleaned AND I have dental insurance this seems extreme.

I just called Aspen dental because I am in severe pain and I also suffered from a rare disease called cluster headaches. I have a tooth that’s broken in half and the exposed nerve is triggering more and more cluster headaches. Aspen dental said that they were gladly let me come in to get x-rays and B exam but no guarantee we would be able to do any type of extraction on this visit. The last time I tried to use Aspen dental it was a similar issue and they tried to make me come to an appointment that was a month away. They care about money not their patients that is obvious. I warn anyone against going there they’ll get you in the door saying whatever it takes to get you there then not do the actual treatment you need to ensure you have to come back and pay them more money.

I can not recommend going to Aspen Dental. I was suspicious when they told me I had 5 cavities when my previous dentist said I have none, before and since coming here. The only reason I came here was because I moved and wanted to find a dentist closer to my current location. I am also not used to paying nearly as much as Aspen charges for their services. I was not able to get them to provide/transfer digital copies of the x-rays they took. They printed pdfs of the x-rays which are really not helpful/clear. Because of that I had some new x-rays taken, which exposed me to additional radiation which would not have been necessary had Aspen shared the full mouth x-rays they took. It took more than 6 months for my gums to recover from the scraping they talked me into.

I liked that they got me in to see the dentist so fast! I absolutely loved the low cost xray! Wasn't happy with the price of just a filling but I had no choice if I wanted to save the tooth. The dentist really didn't give me the assurance that the tooth will have longevity but fine for now. Not thrilled after spending 212.00 on a tooth that I may have to spend more money I don't have to end up pulling anyway🤨

Great 1st visit. They made detailed images, X-Ray and 3D Images and gave me multiple options for oral treatments. I highly recommend Aspen Dental. They were very professional and friendly.

Best dentist I've been to in a very long time. I've had several traumatizing experiances with dentist in the past. I felt the compassion in every staff member. They are friendly and personable, and the doctor who did my extraction was fantastic. He was very informative as we went along letting me know what was coming next. He did an excellent job numbing my problem area and was as gentle as one could be when extracting a molar that keeps breaking. Thank you Aspen dental for an unforgettable experience, I will be making future appointments here.

Awful experience, they treated me like a walking wallet. They told me the only way they’d help me is if I got the tooth pulled — that day, $300... to save my tooth it was almost 5k. I don’t have a spare $300 or let alone $5k to just throw at someone to get relief.
So pretty much Aspen dental only cares about the money they can make instead of helping someone. I immediately left there office and got a second opinion and let’s just say prices are better elsewhere. It’s sad. I’d recommend everyone to stay clear.

We had a terrible experience at Aspen yesterday. I had an appointment for 3:15 PM for a routine check up and cleaning. I arrived way before 3:15 PM. They finally called me back about 4:10. They did Xrays, a hygienist came in quickly, the dentist came in quickly and they walked me out to the scheduling person to reschedule me. I said to her, "they never cleaned my teeth." She said we close at 4:30 PM and don't have time to do it today. Who does this? I drove 35 minutes to get there, hung out in the lobby for a long time and spent 35 minutes driving home. Nobody apologized they were running late or apologized for not cleaning my teeth. I am super disappointed. It will be interesting to see what they charge my insurance company for this debacle. The place was not that clean either. It was very clear the Xray room has not been cleaned in a while. The dirt in the corners of the room was pretty heavy.

If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would! Waited a week and a half and talked to someone the day before my appointment to drive 45 mins there to be told they cancelled my appointment Bc they couldn’t confirm it! If I didn’t want the appointment I wouldn’t have made it! Complete waste of my day! Not to mention I have been having pain while waiting on this appointment. Not to mention the lady at the desk was completely unsympathetic about the situation! Will not recommend anyone to go to this place. What kind of function are y’all running!
