Aspen Dental

Went here for a dental emergency, and I came out feeling worse and in more pain than I went in with. I told them multiple times that I've had a severe, throbbing toothache for days yet they didn't seem to care. Taking the xrays was really painful with my toothache, and all they did was try to upsell me and refer me to an actual dentist for over $20,000. I was also being discriminated against by a member of the staff because of my medical history and also because im a "hippy" type. Got a chipped tooth from a traumatizing car wreck, and they told me to stop opening beer bottles with my teeth. Completely unprofessional, and my toothache was alot worse by the time I left this place. Now I have to sit in pain until I get to see a real dentist, thanks alot aspen

I have mixed feelings about Aspen. The gals in the office were great. I couldn't have asked for better service. However, when the appointment was made with the call center, I was told it would no charge for the consult. Not so! The visit actually cost $56 and when you live on a set income, EVERY dollar counts. That is a lot of money to those who don't have much.
I highly recommend training of employees to be better and STOP giving false information.

I have major dental phobia and everyone really put me at ease. I have to go back in a couple weeks to have some work done, but I’m definitely not as anxious. The office was super clean and they actually called to let me know they were running ahead of schedule and I could come early. I’ve never had that happen with any type of medical appointment. I will definitely be a return patient.

Aspen dental is clean and friendly. The prices could be a little better but for the most part it's perfect. The dentist is the best and I absolutely LOVE her. She did great for me especially since I am a big baby

I am so disappointed with this place. I’ve been going here for years but yesterday I was at work and unable to answer my phone to confirm my appointment so they cancelled it for me and put someone else in my spot. Also, there’s no way to confirm online so that wasn’t an option. If I couldn’t make it, I would have called and rescheduled. I thought that was the purpose of making an appointment...so I had a for sure spot? Guess not!!! Will be looking for a new dentist. This was just too ANNOYING. To leave work early and drive an hour for NOTHING

I went in to have my teeth cleaned. Went in early & was seen early. That was a plus for Aspen Dental. I don't like waiting when I have an appointment. It was great. The Girl did a wonderful job. Very nice to me as well. I enjoyed her working on my teeth. She did a wonderful job. Will continue to have cleanings & what ever needs done there. Thanks Aspen Dental.

I went to aspen because I heard they are the cheapest to go to I know my teeth are bad and whatnot but 10,000 to fix my teeth is just ridiculous. So I decided to get a a denture because it was cheaper right at 3000 took them two or three tries to get my denture right they pulled 4 of my front teeth but was trying to put five teeth in the denture which looked weird so they redone them again I will say the dentist is a very nice person and generally seems to care the assistant was really good to there is one that was just plain rude and came off like she's better then you I personally don't like people like that. The denture I got I didn't like the color of so I decided to go with the acrylic denture and was told that they were cheaper and I would get some money back but never seen it put back on the credit line I had to take out to get the work done. So overall I will not go back to aspen.

Dr. Raven Jackson has shown me nothing but kindness and empathy. She took great care of me and took her time making sure she was gentle as possible with the procedures. Highly highly recommend her. She is amazing!

Aspen got me in quickly when my dentist was a month out. They all worked well together and everything went so smooth. They also all seemed to really have it together there. I loved it. I will now be going there in the future.

Horrible experience 🤬 waited for over an hour in the waiting room, and my son had to sit on the floor! I had a xray tech that was clearly inexperienced, take another hour to get those and then the doctor looked at the xrays wrong an was talking about the complete opposite side of my mouth. After he left I waited for a while AGAIN. Finally I just got up an left an no one even noticed!!! Will definitely not be back.
